OK, so I've made it this far and am soooo frusterated. I found the first 2 cogs but it's the 3rd one. There are the 10 blue globes that you can fly across the water with - but I can only get to the first one and then I end up in the water. OR, you can swing on the 3 ropes and then jump up and over on the platforms. It takes about 30 tries to get to the 2nd platform and then I can never make it to the 3rd platform!
Is there another way that I'm missing? Please... say there is! hahaha

Running the Gauntlet, eh?

The way across the ropes to the platforms is the only way to go. Try improving your jumping distance.

- Don't give up on the jump too quickly. Remember that Roddy will grab onto the edge of platforms and pull himself up.
- Take a running jump. Momentum matters.
- Double jump. I like manually timing the second jump for maximum distance, but hitting X twice seems to work as well.
- Jump nearer the edge of the platform. Although I've found that with proper technique this can have Roddy still on the rise when he reaches the next platform.
