	Log in to remove this sponsored message World Ends With You coming to iOS Sean Ridgeley - Friday, August 24, 2012 7:15am (PST) Like +my favourites Fan favourite RPG set for new platform Square's innovative, fresh RPG The World Ends With You will be making its way to iOS sometime this year, according to a listing on their e-Shop, which has since been edited. Andriasang reports the store page for a new soundtrack from the game noted the upcoming release, and also that it will have new music. The soundtrack itself is set to release in Japan October for ¥1,890 (~$24), and will include the new iOS version tracks, the TWEWY songs from Kingdom Hearts 3D, and exclusive new arrangements. 	Ahh, Sean beat me to this story. I had so many jokes lined up! Japanese countdown websites are always extremely disappointing. Ded Valve Knew you were psyched about this. Hopefully it's a warmup for a sequel.

	Keefah The official countdown site won't wind down until early Monday, so there's still the possibility of TWEWY coming to other devices or even a sequel still being announced. Keep in mind all of this is only confirmed for Japan... hard to tell if it'll come westward or not yet.

	Eh... disappointed by this news but there's nothing really wrong with Square trying to branch out to a wider audience. One of Square Enix's best JRPGs (Chaos Rings) is on the iOS. 	Forget Android users what about us WP7 folks anyways? I'm still holding out that TWEWY2 is at the end of this announcement before I just completely ignore everything square does from now on. If Square Enix is going to bring FF Dimensions over, as well as ports of FFI/II/III/Tactics, I don't see why they wouldn't bring it to the west especially considering this is where TWEWY gets most of it's love from. And I don't see why TWEWY 2 won't be happening. I think there's more to this... Nomura's been teasing it for about a year now, he put cameos in Dream Drop Distance and later said that it might hint to more TWEWY in the future. But if it is, then Square Enix just became more trollish than Capcom. -------------------

	Fairy Girl Well, considering the reveal is potentially just a mobile announcement, Square Enix has shown in the past that they don't put mobile localizations on priority. Even big titles like Secret of Mana and Final Fantasy titles can take years to finally come overseas, if at all.

	Guys, bleep, no. WE HAVE NO CONFIRMED 'PORT' WHY IS EVERYONE JUMPING ON THIS. All it says it something related to TWEWY will be on iOS. It COULD be a port (despite that being physically impossible), but hell, it could be a Tin Pin Slammer oriented full game for all we know.
