I'm pretty sure it's the shoulders/upper torso to the head and neck, which makes the rest of the body look unaturally thin. I'd also suggest making the hip a bit more pronounced. Furthermore, take some notes from your original sprite; Elbows won't naturally point out like that much when placed in pockets. They would be way more relaxed. In general, I'd line it up against the original and try and spot the differences that make it look off.

To be fair, Serah came here like, twice, and gets more screentime than SL usually does.

About half these people are gone from the twewy forum.
And I'm guessing the only reason why you keep using Serah in the comics is because not everyone here knows what kind of person she is.
So you can make her fill out whatever roll you need her to do the comics free of restraints.
