Okay so I'm on "A Plot Revealed" its that quest where every one in the Bruma Mages Guild (except J'Skar) dies, so I have to look for him somewhere. I've searched every where in Bruma and the mages guild but he won't show up.

Where the hell do I find him?

basically is when you enter and you see those creatures you go downstairs and follow to the other side go up the stairs kill the people inside the room and he comes and talks to you

I've been there but nothing happened.

I've killed a Necromancer inside the basement and looked at the rooms there and went to Jancenes room but nothings' happened.

EDIT: Nevermind.. Found him, though he'd only talk when I tried to pick pocket him.
