There isn't any way for me to select OpenGL in the first place though.

Graphics Hardware Acceleration is unavailable. You will need to upgrade your video driver and possibly your video card.

Cannot select the option at all, like I said.

Does anybody have a tutorial for getting animated snow onto pictures in photoshop?

Hey if I want to change the color of a white person's hand (not trying to be an ass here I just really got to get this done for something) to a black person/brown/ simply more melanin what's the best way to go about that?

The lighting on the hand is similar to that so it's not too white to begin with

O shit! Thanks especially for the detail. Shoulda remembered half of those steps but I've forgot some of the basics for only using ps sparingly the past couple years & now I need to pick it up again.

Has anyone got an brushes for CS3 like disco/party? Stuff like decks, mics, lights (Good old stuff) I can't seem to find any.

I'm coming here looking for some help on how to blend stocks together to make them look... suiting. I'm trying to take a simple picture of me and I have a stock photo of a zipper. I've cropped the two images out and I want it looking like the zipper is unzipping down the front of my face. From my head is bursting light, along with other stock images that pertain to my interests. Basically unzipping my head to see everything I enjoy.
So, now that you know what I'm doing, I need to figure out by what means do I go about to make these images look like they belong? How do I blend a zipper to make it appear like it's physically attached to my face? How do I make these stocks appear like they're not just randomly pasted in and in fact belong in the composition?

I realize it's not a horribly creative idea most likely. But I want to get better at photo manipulation so I'm giving it a shot. It's also allowing me to work on using the pen tool to cut images.

There's a link to the Work In Progress of the picture. Just a few random stocks with some of them obviously having been changed by means of the Liquify tool or the Pinch filter in some cases. Nothing is blended yet by any means, obviously. I realize it looks horribly shoddy. I'm going to need to do some sort of splattering or vector brushing down near my collar bone. I'm not sure how to go about it because I feel some brushes out of nowhere will look equally weird. And the mic cord is just uncut because I'm unsure if that's how I want it placed for sure.

Also, Zeta.. I don't know if this will help necessarily. But, possibly, Window>Workspace>Default Workspace ??
I've no idea what that will change. But in that Window>Workspace is also a bunch of Resets.
