[Help] Official Image Resizing Thread v11 - Page 3

Could anybody resize this down to signature size for me (about 485x125, or whatever looks good) and slap either a 1px black or white border around it please? ;D I'd do it myself but I'm currently without my Photoshop.

Hey guys, kind of a nub, so I'm not even sure if this is possible, but can someone make this image: http://images1.wikia.nocookie.net/marveldatabase/images/9/95/X-Treme_X-Men_Vol_1_41_Textless.jpg 5250 x 3450 pixels, I'm trying to make it into a poster for a really close friens, and I'm kind of a failure at graphics. Could someone resize this to sig requirements. However, if it's possible could you add a blue and orange border? So sort of one side blue, other side orange, and they meet in the middle? Would appreciate it hugely.
