how much bigger? also, just so you know, if it is going to be significantly bigger, you will notice quality degradation.

Question: This GIF's file size is 50.3KB is it actually possible to set the file size to say 30KB ? My knowledge with these things are very poor so apologies if it's a stupid question

If it can be done: Could someone do that for me please if it can be done and also get rid of the white background if possible too please.

I've been using this avatar since I created this account and had to make it the size it is to go with the 15kb limit that Neoseeker once used. Now that we are allowed up to 30kb can anyone out there see if they can make me a larger one that would be within the Neo limits?
