I like this quite a bit Darknet. On improvements, I feel that you could darken the wall in the background (the version I prefer) in order to bring out the pattern you've created though, as I don't think that wall as a backdrop is very complimentary. I'd love to see some typography too, some good typography! Something bold and high-impacting maybe, and fitting the colour scheme. Hah, I just realised I'd already commented in your Digiport!

I wanted image powerfully very dark, and although I'd drifted at one point and has begun to stray away from the dark theme I'd chosen, I decided to stick to my guns. I chose noir and it wouldn't be noir if the lighting wasn't so low-key. I needed the buildings silhouetted more than anything, the darkening on the pedestrians was intended, but I re-coloured them in order to bring them out as animate objects, as it wasn't my intention to remove them from the image. Here's the updated version from my digiport:
