You're speaking of the preferences file? It's always going to be a flawed process, unfortunately, and will require erasing every so often. Though I don't know what lag you're speaking of what you can do is make Photoshop exactly how you want it, save the preferences file in a separate location, than use that as a replacement every so often. This is also very handy for having multiple people using the same computer containing Photoshop.

The tragic wand tool is simply selection. Hmm...the color wasn't red, was it?

I suspect you made a selection and entered quick mask mode by selecting the button on the toolbar or by hitting Q.

Not sure if this is the right place to ask.
But where can I download a Free (30) trial of Photoshop CS2 or CS3?

can someone please help me.
i have wondered for a while now and i see other people doing it and i would like to no how is it to be done.
ok i have some images and its got like logos(Text) on them and im trying to use tho's images but it looks silly with text/logo on it.
my question is:

How can you get rid of a logo/text thats on a image allready ?
as i seen people say can someone take this logo of the image for me please.
and thats what i want to no, as im cutting the images out to make wallpapers/sigs.
so i need to no how to remove text etc thanks sorry if you can't understand.

Anyone knoe if there are packages of font out there?...that I can download

BTW, on www.whatthefont.com you can upload an image, and the website will try to find the related fonts used in the image.
