Please read the full thread carefully before entering. If you have any questions please post them here and I will try to answer them to the best of my ability. Also, watch this post as the rules and setup are constantly changing. Thanks TheGist On Sunday a theme is chosen. Members have a week to get their entries in before the deadline. Example: On July 22nd the theme would be announced. Now there is no limit to how many may enter. When its a week after, July 29th, three judge will get together and choose a winner. After the judges have posted their verdict then I will post the theme for the next round. The winning signature is placed atop of the forum and gains recognition for that week.Basically, we want members who always do Pokemon to try something else, and the same for members who do nothing but Wrestling. TheRules ALL of your entries MUST be made entirely by you. No, that does not mean you can't get help/tips from others. It means you cannot take someone elses work and claim it as yours. Result in doing so can lead to severe consequence's. Your entry MUST fit the theme. Failure to do so will get you disqualified. You may only enter one signature. Try not to exceed the maximum size limits for your banner, but I'm not really going to care that much if it does. Your Signature must not contain any pornographic images of any sort. Use your common sense, Neoseeker has some younger members and I'm sure there parents wouldn't want them seeing that. Your entry must be posted before the deadline. NO late entries will be accepted. You can replace/edit your entry as long as it`s before the deadline. After that your entry is final and cannot be replaced. The first three will be counted and then the next round will begin. This group of judges are still aloud to participate, they just can't judge for that round. If you feel you want to judge then simply state that you will be judging for this round and as long as you have some basic knowledge then you should be fine. These judges are just a list of the most common judges. I might update it someday but for now this will suffice. 	Just so it's not missed, quote EricF 1st. The Answer I think this entry was extremely well done, it's something I possibly couldn't do even if I was using any sort of stock or brush, never mind defaults only. The shapes were very well done beside the light bulbs and the colouring of the whole piece is really slick. The main reason I chose this as first place is the lighting effects at the white light bulb at the front, good job. Head and shoulders above the rest in my opinion. 2nd. SplatterPlatter This piece is well done. If you used the pen tool, and it's what I'm assuming you used, it was really well done because getting curves like that with the pen tool is no easy task, it's extremely difficult. All I can do with the pen tool is cut out a render badly. The designs you've chosen are pretty sexy to be honest, and the colouring is really good. It was very close between you and The Answer but he nicked it by about ¹/₁₀. 3rd. Darknet I also like this entry. The blue colour you've chosen is really nice and the dark blue text looks well, and nicer with the 'ONE' capitalised. The star looks well blended and the (from what looks like) smudging is really good in the background, again probably something I couldn't do as a default theme (the whole piece I mean).

As of recently, the whole thing seems to be lasting a bit longer than a week. The judging and just everything seems to be slightly delayed. At the start it started off as exactly a week, but in time it screwed up. Aphex just copied the paste as I made obvious by my earlier post.

	Pretty tough round to judge, mainly due to all the problems raised in the previous thread, but here goes. 1st. splatterplatter I'd say the clear winner for this round, it was creative and well made. Nice pen tool work, and the colour choices were good. Perhaps with practise you could do a few more intricate designs, but it's looking good nonetheless. 2nd. The Dave I'm really glad you entered this, as it's one of the few creative banners that feels like it fits with the theme. I'm a big fan of the colour scheme and retro typography, so this really ticks all the right boxes for me. 3rd. The Answer While I can see this was probably all made with defaults, it looks like it wouldn't feel out of place in any of the other rounds to be honest. The composition was nice, but I couldn't help feel the piece was lacking something. Good colours and good brush use push you above the other entries, but the text is really lacking, looks like an afterthought really.

	Thanks for finishing the judging off SS, much appreciated. Doesn't take a genius to work out that SPLATTERPLATTER (caps ftw) is the winner of this round. Congrats d00d. Expect the new forum header sometime tomorrow when I'm actually awake. In the meantime feel free to suggest themes for next round and I'm sure Aphex will start up the next round soonish.

	! For theme suggestions, maybe a supplied brush set or other tool? And whoever comes up with the best banner from that wins? I'm not sure. I'm just trying to think outside the box.

I actually quite like Splatter's suggestion of supplied toolset. I saw on another SOTW once a dual focal SOTW, that could be interesting. Or maybe a more generalized topic such as music, tv or movies etc.

	Like I said, it was only a suggestion. I guess we're going to be continually doing 'style' type categories unlike Halo and Mudkipz[lol]?
