How do we open an image with a transparent background as a layer?

Yeah, I just want the image to have a transparent bg cause copying and paste don't give the image a transparent bg

I have it saved but it still won't let me open it from Photoshop? Or how do you it open it?

Though I haven't used 6.0 I have used 7.0 in the past and doubt it's changed at all.

There should be a "Brushes" tab located near the top right of Photoshop. If it isn't there (or you just can't find it) you can also find it under Windows > Brushes.

I have Photoshop CS3, and it's really glitchy. Every time I use Motion Blur it encounters an error and needs to close. Any ideas about what's up?

Both Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop encounter problems like this from time to time. The programs aren't coded perfectly and contain flaws such as slowness, unexpected actions, or simply action glitchy like you seem to be experiencing. Most of the time this can be fixed by clearing out your Preferences. You can do this by holding down CTRL-ALT-SHIFT while Photoshop is opening up and loading.

It's also possible that there is, like said, corrupted data. However, if clearing your preferences fixes the issue...well, sure beats the hell out of re-installing.
