I CANT KILL THIS GUY!!!!

just go around the arena. make sure that you are on the very side so that the giant couldnt touch you, while moving around you will find a stair just climb it and jump over some rocks when your on top " quick attack mode " will pop out.

If you're talking about the Jawless Brute then here is what you do:

First things first, when you get through the cinematics, run to the right of the arena until you see a little ramp like figure. Run up it and wall run and you will latch onto a board sticking out of the wall. Don't worry about the hands coming towards you because he can't hit you like that. Jump to the right and you will land on another platform. Turn your back to the screen and run up the wall and latch onto the grates and then wall run over to the final platform. Now quickly run onto the board and trigger a speed kill. When you are done, you will find yourself near the second area of attack to your left. Now do the same thing here. When you finish with both speed kills, the brute will be blind and start swinging wildly. All you have to do now is avoid his legs flailing about and cut the back of his legs until you can knock him over. When you get his health low enough then you trigger the third and final speed kill and you run up his back and grind down holding the dagger of time down his spine. That's all to it.
*note: this isn't exact but it's as close as I can remember is. You should get the general idea.*

I just beat this boss, yea that sounds just about exact, exactly what I did, but im stuck after that hehe

you guys are right. but when you do the speed kill, the second speed kill doesn't flash so ya have to guess the second one. at least on the wii. how do you fix it.

alright, if you havent noticed by now, everytime it's time to strike you hear a sort of WHOOSH sound. if you aren't getting the blur and the glowing dagger then listen carefully for that sound. that tells you to quickly swing. and i am glad my walkthrough helped you out.

It's not that hard if you just relax an ]d flick it calmly at the right time.

4 the 1st speed kill go up theh little hill then onto the platform sum wll running techie walk on the pole jutting out wait althogh till he finishes his attack before going down the second half of the pole ( if ur grapling on the edge uv gon 2 far) rinse and repeat something similar 2 the right of this beig door

p.s. personally im stuck on the part after u get the elevator shaft power-up(where u do the swich thingies 2 make fareh go up)

Before we get to the how, let’s cover the vague and mean-spirited replies on here. When someone spends a great deal of anxious and frustrating moments on a boss & then goes seeking help, they actually hope to get some step by step, understanding assistance. Too many on here say something entirely unhelpful akin to “Duh—just, like, use the y’know speed skill, duh!” Or the ever present attitude of “This is sooo easy! If you can’t do this, then just put the game back in the box, you moron!”

To both parties—get a life and have some patience with others! I’m doing this from memory, so I apologize for any inaccuracies. So, for those really looking for help, here goes:

- to reduce anxiety and the tendency to rush the speed kill, actually turn the sound down or off; then you can just do the moves & pay attention to the visual cues (face it—if you are reading this then you’ve already soaked in the atmosphere, the cool music and graphics; you just want to actually get past this giant) **this is not necessary at all to beat the boss, just helpful**
- as soon as you can, run to one of the two platforms around the edge of the arena that will indeed get you at his eye-level; it does not matter which one; don’t take your time as the boss will try to punch & slash you (I personally prefer the one without the knife plates just so that I can jump onto the earthen ramp standing up. Other than the timing of the speed kills, the actually getting onto the platforms was the frustrating part!)
- once you are on the wooden platform &/or the plank, wait for the screen distortion to start the speed kill; then shake the nunchuck down once to start the speed kill
- the animation will have you jump onto the boss—DON’T DO ANYTHING YET—NO BUTTONS; NO NUNCH/REMOTE ACTION
- wait for the visual cue (I think the remote vibes too, don’t exactly remember) and shake the REMOTE down ONCE but with a decent amount of motion; you want to wait ideally for the blade to glow blue on the screen animation; at this point however, the timing is very critical
- if you don’t get it the first time, just pray that you get the hang of it before the giant batters you energy-less or just use all the sand time things that you’ve got
- if you get that first stab down pat, then keep waiting for the next two—they will come quick & right after this one (one when he’s holding you in his hand and then the other in his eye after you get tossed in the air & onto his head)
- you’ve got to wait for the glow and then immediately shake the remote down once
- after those three strikes, you’ll get tossed down & then need to climb up one of the ramp paths again (I don’t remember for sure when it happens, but the non-knife plate path gets broken by the giant; so you’ll have to use the other one)
- then do the same sequence—ascend to the wooden platform, stand on the wooden platform/plank, wait for the distortion, down with the nunchuck once, wait for the blue blade glow, down with the remote once, get grabbed by giant in his hand, wait for the blue blade glow, down with the remote once, get tossed onto his head, wait for the blue blade glow, down with the remote once
- if you mess up any of those three stabs, I think the boss tosses you down & you will get battered when he picks you up and tosses you across the arena—just take a breath and get it right the next time!
- after that sequence a total of two times, you will then be told by your inner voice that he’s blind & to go for his legs/feet
- you’ve got to avoid the blade & his kicks
- I’ve found that my best attack was to simply run right at him with a roll (A) then hang out between his feet and just hack away; if your moves take you away from him, roll back to be between his feet
- the last things you need to do will be to wait for the next animation of him falling down, and then you running onto his lower back (the anim will do this for you); you just have to time the stab (remote down once) with the blue glow
- if I remember right you may have to do the feet hacking & back stabbing maybe one more time and then there’s another speed kill timing stab when you run up his back after striking his lower back & that’s it

Good luck! I’ve been doing this from memory, so I apologize for any inaccuracies. But I do admit that this stupid sequence did make me almost put the freaking disc back in the box! Seriously, why doesn’t the prince just USE A DOOR?!? And are all those random reinforced planks scattered all over Babylon by royal decree just in case his highness goes out Persian ninja-ing? Oh well, it’s a cool game anyway! Enjoy!

Im having trouble with the speed kills.... i initiate it but then it just says "you didnt time it right, try again." help!!

Hey, if you want to know how to do this in a step-by-step, here it is. First you have to go around the arena until you find the spot on the wall where you stick your knife into those stones. Then you jump onto another one and across to the other side. Then you use a final stone and jump to the platform at the top of the arena. Ok, once you are there you walk out onto the plank (watch out because he swings his sword at you. You can jump to avoid being hit.) When you see the edges of the screen light up (go blurry, sort of), then you do the speed attack. You do this by shaking the nunchuk. Then you will fly though the air, and when you see the sword glow blue you have to shake the remote. This stabs him in the shoulder. Then you will run across his shoulders. While you is running, you have to be slowly tapping the C button to slow down time. (I like to have all my sands gone, so it doesn't go back too far). When you are slowing the time down, you will see the sword glow blue again and you shake the remote to stab him in the other shoulder. Then you will run up on his head. You have to be slowing down time and stab him in the eye when the sword glows blue. Then you got to get up on the other platform by getting on a plank sticking out from the wall and jumping to the other side. You get up on the highest platform and do the same thing you did with the first one. After he stabs him in the shoulder, the Boss grabs you and you have to be slowing down time and stab him in the hand. He then throws you in the air, and you land on his face. You have to be slowing down time and stab him in his other eye. He then cannot see, so you slash one of his legs and then the other. He will fall to the ground and you run up on his back. Slow down time and stab him in the back. While you are flying through the air, you have to stab him again. You will have to repeatedly slow down time and stab him every time the sword glows blue. Then he dies. FINALLY!!! Hope this is going to be helpful, because this is what I wanted to see when I was first trying to do it. Also, remember to be patient and keep the remote steady, because it is really sensitive.
