	Log in to remove this advertisement Well i did everything it told me to do, built cells, dorms, everything and a fence, even enough gaurd towers to make it a Med. Security, so i can buy cells, still, NO ONE, this game sucks, how the hell do i take on prisoners, the fences dont even connect totaly in the corners

	for those who are asking how to make a fence it is second from the last item in the list of gaurd towers.
