I am a complete newbie to graphics tablets. I do machine embroidery and want to use the transparent overlay for tracing so I can digitize the results. But every time I try, the picture I am tracing is much larger on the screen and actually goes off the screen. How can I make my tracing figure on screen the same size as the figure I am tracing on the tablet? I hope I don't sound too dumb.

If you have adobe photoshop you could maximize your drawing space and get rid of the tools so you have a large white area. That way you will trace to the extent of the whole screen instead of a silly little window.
