Fire-Style Dragon's Fury = Entire body is covered into flames, flames transform into a flaming dragon. Charges into opponent/opponents. Everything is incinerated.

Lightning Style Dragon's Flash = Same as Dragon's Fury, but in lightning.

Water Style Dragon's Flood = Same as Dragon's Fury and Dragon's Flash, but with water.

Jutsu/s:

Sharingan = Inherited from his mother's blood.

Fire Style - Dragon's Breath Jutsu = Breathes flames from mouth like a dragon, flames spread rapidly.

Lightning Style - Dragon Storm Jutsu = Creates multiple electrical shockwaves similar to Chidori Scream/Lightning Blade.

Water Style - Dragon's Flow Jutsu = Can create and manipulate vast amounts of water according to will.

Fire Style - Dragon Fists = Fists are engulfed in flames.

Medical Ninjutsu

Bio (opt.): 3 years after Naruto was born, a boy was as well. That boy's name was Mitarashi. His mother was of the Uchiha Clan while his father was from the Uzumaki clan, and a distant cousin from Kushina, therefore making him and Naruto long-lost cousins. However, due to the Uchiha massacre, his mother was lost when he was only a little boy, aged 5 years. His father taught him in ninjitsu and taijutsu, as well as with the way of the sword. His father was truly amazed at how fast he was progessing. And what was truly remarkable was when he tested Mitarashi's Chakra Nature, the litmus paper crumpled, became wet, then burned away. This meant Mitarashi had Fire, Water and Lightning elements in him. His Water element from his father and his Fire element from his mother, as well as his own unique Lightning element. However, 7 years later, Mitarashi's home was attacked by Orochimaru and his followers. Orochimaru had heard of Mitarashi's potential and decided to recruit him to his side. But Mitarashi's father died by Orochimaru slaughtering him in front of his very eyes. In such trauma, Mitarashi's hidden power awakened. His Sharingan became fully activated and his body transformed into a flaming dragon (Dragon's Fury) and engulfed Orochimaru. Orochimaru managed to escape by his Substitution Jutsu, impressed with Mitarashi's power, and ordered to have him monitored. Mitarashi's father's dying words were for him to "Find his cousin, Naruto Uzumaki"and instructed him to find a photo of Naruto before he died. Stricken with pain and grief, Mitarashi decided to fulfill his dying wish and travel to find his cousin Naruto. Years passed by, and Mitarashi had trained long and hard in his travels. He met many familiar faces in the Naruto universe, such as Jiraiya, who helped him develop his Jutsus and Secret Techniques, Might Guy, who helped him master his Taijutsu. By the time Mitarashi was 19, Naruto had finished training with Jiraiya. He was out eating some Ichiraku Ramen with Sakura and Jiraiya when Mitarashi finally found him. After all those years, he was overjoyed to have finally found him. It took awhile, but after finally explaining his whole story, Naruto couldn't believe he had a long lost cousin. The two started to become inseparable, training hard together. And Mitarashi had become so close to Naruto as to start calling him "Brother", as Naruto similarily did later on. He started to fall in love with Sakura, and would try to spend time with her when he wasn't with Naruto. Sakura began teaching him medical ninjutsu. And as time went on, Sakura began to develop feelings for him. She became very confused as she also had feelings for Naruto, and knew both of them were cousins. However, Naruto was becoming strangely drawn to Hinata, and though his intelligence doesn't seem like it, started to understand how she feels about him. Eventually, Mitarashi took the Chunin Exam and passed beyond all expectations, demonstrating all he has learnt throughout his years, and even showed the Secret Techniques he secretly developed with Naruto on their training and their adventures, some being accidentally unlocked in life or death situations where Mitarashi had to protect Naruto, Sakura, Kakashi, Yamato and Sai. However, he firmly negotiated with Tsunade that he would not accept the title of Jonin unless Naruto became a Jonin with him. Tsunade was in a bind, knowing Mitarashi was asking too much. But she also knew the village needed someone as strong and wise as him. So, after much discussion, both Naruto and Mitarashi reached the rank of Jonin. Eventually, Sakura told Naruto her feelings. And though Naruto had sensed her feelings were with Mitarashi, he admits his feelings for Hinata. Sakura, depressed, starts to spend more time with Mitarashi, and her feelings for him start to really blossom. She has always felt safe and comfortable with him, and one day Mitarashi expressed his feelings towards her. She admits hers, and Naruto, who watched from a distance, came out and laughed. "So, you trying to steal the woman I went after for years Brother? Hahaha. Well, you two seem great for each other" and smiles. This relieves alot of the weight betweent the three of them, and although Sakura still has a bit of feelings for Naruto, she smiles. Mitarashi helped Naruto fight many battles, such as against the Akatsuki, Pain and Sasuke to, and continues to aid Naruto to this very day.

Personality: Cares for others, can become hot blooded as Naruto if he sees injustice, wise, funny and gets along with everyone. Tries to hide his pain of his past, but sometimes it shows in his face and eyes. But he doesn't let it bring him down too much, and when it does, he has Naruto and Sakura to support him. Enjoys most things in life, and loves Ichiraku Ramen just like Naruto. Isn't afraid of death, and will protect everyone with his life if necessary, especially Naruto and Sakura

Rank: Eventually rises to rank of Jonin, but only accepted the position if Naruto becomes Jonin with him.
