I hear that connecting the old one is a little bit different since some neo members mentioned how they didn't know how to play online with their games using the old PS2 with the adapter. Well, I can tell you is just check if every other game works like I said above. If none of the games work online, then try disconnecting the cables and connect them back on making sure all the cables are connected properly. If every other game but Fifa 07 works, then I don't know whats wrong.

You actually have your internet connected from you modem or router to your PS2 and not the computer.

Well, just connect an internet cable from the modem to your PS2, like the same cable that is connected to your computer, except another one. If you don't have anymore space in your modem/router, then just unplug the internet cable from your computer for a while and connect it to the PS2.

Tell me exactly what you did. It's kind of hard since I don't have the old PS2, I play with my slim PS2. All you do is plug in the internet cable and you're set, you don't need to buy any adapters and stuff like that. Lol, you're not pissing me off. I'm happy to help you out, don't feel uncomfortable asking any question. I'm here to help.

I suppose so, most cables are yellow. I just bought one that is 100 feet long I think that is colored blue for my PS2. Usually a yellow cable comes with your modem if you ordered a DSL modem.

is it suppose to have a DSL thing where you put your cable because i have this modem

It's kind of hard to see the connections. It doesn't really matter which one you have, just make sure you have the yellow cable connected on one end from your modem to the PS2 adapter.

You need a cable like this one. I have one similar to that one, but mine is blue and a different brand. I don't know which brand is it, but mine is blue.
