when you exit the dinorama and enter the room with the T-Rex,, kill the two at the far end of the room, and the guy with the shotgun at the door you entered, here is the fun bit. shoot all the lights out above you that are in a circle, then walk round in front and to the right of the dinosaurs head or just keep circling the dinosaur and something unexpected happens, well it did in my game, this really works, cheers Ianboy.

have you even played the game?, Its a stuffed dinosaur, or a plastic replica model, or maybe papier mache, or leggo, its not a real dinosaur.
