I need help with black hearts and red hearts. Anyone?

Your recipe is really great, except I haven't seen broccoli in the food choices so I've used bok choy or portobello mushrooms instead - with great success.

Also, this filled my sim up with just one plate & there were leftovers, so I took it to the food processor and it made 9 servings of expensive dry pet food!

I made a fruit shake with: Milk, mangosteen, dangleberry & persimmon and got red hearts, hunger went way up too.

The best thing to make for a hungry or tired sim is Fruity Bread. You can make it using various fruits, but I recommend the fruits that you harvest because they give you the most energy. You have to pick 3 fruits and 1 oat flour. Use group meal ingredients too! Evry time my sim eats it she gets hearts and her energy and hunger go way up.
