Soooo Many Questions...HELP!

1. Yes, there is a pet shop at the town square. There are actual several different shops at the Town Square. Go to the sidewalk outside your house and stand on either of the green arrows (there is one at each boarder of your yard), you'll get an option to go to Town Square.

2. I haven't seen any collars in the shops, but you'd probably find it at the pet wash/clothing shop.

3. You need to have the pet house to have a litter, other than that I'm not sure how the breeding part works - I'm having trouble with that too.

4. For a stray, when you select the pet, there should be a "special" option. You need to check their microchip 1st, if the pet does not belong to anyone, you should also see a "take in stray" choice. If the pet does belong to someone, you're supposed to be able to call the owner to pick the pet up.

5. NPC's are non-player characters. These are simply the other characters you run into in the course of the game, that are not played or created by you

Well, first, you obviously need this expansion pack..
Second, you can either create one in Create A Sim and then move it in with the family that you want..
Alternativly, you can go to a pet shop (two are included with the expansion pack, first place them in your neighbourhood somehwere) and buy one.
