Yes. ES are adding plenty of new maps including 'Northwest Territory', 'California', 'Andes', and 'Painted Desert' with many more to be announced in the future.

A WarChief will replace the European Explorer for all 3 Native American civilisations and will be much more useful than its European equivilent as well. The WarChief will have the ability to convert treasure guardians and each native civilisation's explorer will have a different bonus for the units surrounding the chief.
3.3 - What new content will there be for the existing European civilisations?
The European civilisations will recieve new upgrades, bonuses, and Home City shipments as well as the new 'Revolution' feature.

The Aztecs will be replaced by the Zapotecs, the Iroquois will be replaced by the Huron, and the Lakota will be replaced by the Cheyenne.

The Firepit is a new building that is available to all 3 Native Civilisations. You can task Settlers on the firepit who will dance and provide a special bonus to the player, the more Settlers dancing means a larger bonus. A confirmed dance is the Sioux's dance that makes all of their units have more seige damage.

The Revolution is an alternative to the Imperial Age for all 8 European civilisations. When you want to revolt, you will be able to choose between 2 different revolutionaries (such as George Washington) that are dependant on the civilisation you are playing as. When you have revolted, all of your Settlers will become Minutemen (however their health will not decrease over time) and new shipments and technologies will become available to you such as the Iron Clad. If one player revolts, the other will not be able to revolt or advance to the Imperial Age.
4.2 - What is the new gameplay mode called 'Treaty Game'?
A treaty game is where both players have a pre-defined 'peace time' where no players can attack. This is essentially a 'no-rush' style of game.
4.3 - What is the new method to win a game titled 'Monopoly'?
The Monopoly mode will take effect when a player is in the Industrial Age or above and has more than half of the Trading Posts under control. When this is done a countdown will begin and unless your opponent destroys a Trading Post before that time you will win the game.
5.1 - Will I loose all of my Age of Empires III Home Cities when I want to play The WarChiefs online? Go to the top of the page
No, definitely not. Your cards will be completely reset and you'll be able to choose a brand new set (so if you have a level 80 HC, you will be able to choose 80 cards).

In the last AoE3 patch, 1.08, Ensemble Studios are already preparing for the release of TWC with new features such as the 'Copy Deck' function as well as a new tab in your player stats for TWC as well as the original AoE3. A new user interface and other features have been confirmed by ES however we do not know details at this time.
5.3 - What level of developer support can we expect from Age of Empires III: The WarChiefs?
ES will continue its great level of support for TWC by releasing balance patches when needed and fixing bugs and ESO problems whenever they come up. Fans of AoE3 and / or AoM should be familiar with the level of support we will experience.

More FAQ - Not yet been organized .
How many cards can you have per deck?
The amount of cards you can hold per deck goes from 20 to 25 depending on your HC level.
What are some of the new cards Ports have?
10 Muskets - infinte (age 4).
+6 Dragoon LOS & Attack Range (age 4).
Elmeti & Ninja merc shipments (age 4).
There's some more of course but for the most part they're for all civilizations and they're not that great (possibly the spies cards are).
How much do the team cards cost(team spahi, team jaeger, etc)?
TEAM Hire Hessians (age 4 & infinite). 5 Jaegar for 500 gold.
What extra stuff does Spain get? Is it true that rodeleros are boosted? Do they get more fortress military cards, and do they still have the same XP bonus?
Rodelero +5 hitpoints, +10 siege, +2 melee. 2nd Factory. Some new cards are 'age 3 card - All pikemen turn into rods' and 'age 1 card - 1.25 coin trickle rate'. Not sure about the EXP bonus but I believe it is the same. Fortress age shipments seem to be the same.
Can you only have 25 cards with a level 50 of higher HC?
Yes, silly or not, you debate.
What does the ESO interface look like?
What % of speed boost does the sioux warchief give and how big are all 3 warchief radiuses?
Infantry with 4 speed go to 4.80 and cavalry with 6.75 speed go to 8.10 speed. Radiuses are pretty big but you seem to need to go closer to the warchief before you get into the radius in the first place.
Is everything new OP like everyone are saying?
Yes, every new feature in TWC is OP.
