I remembered I have FMC Graphic Pack 2.0 on DVD. The pack is the work of the Team FMC and consists of logos, kits, balls, skins and much more; all the credit goes to them! I downloaded the pack about a year ago when their page was still functional, but now it is not anymore.
The pack size iz 2.0 GB, and consists of a single .exe file. I have split the file into 6 pieces.
1. Download them (each, except the last one, is around 400 MB big) and put them all into the same folder. They are stored at Gamefront, so the links start with

2. Download HJSplit. Join the six files; you will get an original one. The software is easy to use.
3. Now that you have the pack, run the executable (original file created). The installation is automatic and you can choose which options to install. My (and other) advice(s) is (are) not to automatically install into your FM/data folder, but to a different one (I installed it into USB key). In that way you can see the new files and directories and therefore you can make a proper backup of your original files (e.g. the Serbian flag is wrong) and manually copy the new ones.
