Kanako sat in the corner of the room, twirling the small chain that lay around her neck between her fingers. She sighed softly and drew her legs up and wrapped her arounds around them. She closed her eyes and rested her forehead against her knees.
I feel so pathetic...An attack has already happened and I haven't done anything, she thought to herself. She reopened her eyes and glanced around the room. These samurai...They have killed many of the undead warriors and demons. But I have only killed a single one. And some of the warriors from the Date clan had lost their lives to the demons. If I had fought in the village, maybe I could have helped saved a few lives. This thought depressed her. She clutched her knees tightly, digging her nails into them. If it were my brother or father fighting instead of me, then they would have slayed many of them. I will never be as good a slayer as them. Maybe I shouldn't be here, but yet it is too soon to say. I promised myself that I would not die with honor unless Nobunaga had died aswell. She looked down and lifted the Bloodlust with her finger and thumb. she stared at it for a long time. If I master how to use this, then I will become stronger... The jewel fell from her fingers, causing it to rattle the small chain. Maybe this gift will become quite useful to me...

Rei looked at the other two people who had suddenly droppped in. With a sigh he stood up "I'll be taking my leave now." Though they may have had a desire to socialize, he could not reciprocate the sentiment. Rei had always been solitary, not needing and many times, not desiring the company of others. Rei walked out of the little room, furious at the absence of Nobunaga. Rei walked over to the nearest shop and quickly purchased some meager supplies for the journey back. Once again, Rei stuck to the shadows, using the forest to hide his presence. It was his nature to remain concealed. This kept the journey uneventful, and soon enough, he was back in his village. Rei wound his way through the twisting, narrow alleyways to his hideout and entered.

OOC: Wow with only 500 men and we defeated the demons!

Kenski sat there with his clan and the warriors who fought the demons. It was a gruesome battle but in the end they won with only minimal casualties. Maybe the demon army wasn't that powerful as they thought or maybe the soldiers fought well especially with the hatred for Nobunaga or maybe it was just luck mixed with Masamune's eccentric battle cries, but whatever it was they won their first battle against Nobunaga's demon army. Kenski smiled.

Kenski had already met with most of the other warriors, there was Zhao the guy who helped him and his two other companion Zhang and Spyro. They were truly great warriors.
And another man, a ninja who would only tell him his name, Jin.

"And you are?" Kenski asked a man in black lying on the floor.

"Hello there, I am Kurai Kageyama."

"Nice to meet you"

"Same here"

"Get some rest, you'll need it" Kenski smiled and walked off towards a girl who was cuddled up in a corner. It was strange. A girl? Didn't see her before

"Hi are you alright." Kenski's question seemed to startled the girl.

"Oh I'm ok, and you are?"

"I am Kenski of the Date clan."

"I'm Kanako" she replied with a soft voice.

"Well get some rest" Kenski smiled.

Walking back towards the fire he saw a figure moving away. Seeing Zhang, Kenski asked.

"Who was that?"

"Some guy called Rei, seems quiet *yawn* I'm going to sleep, tired day. It was a good battle today, we did well. Good night."

"Yeah, good night get some rest."

Walking back towards the camp the Date clan has set up Kenski saw most soldiers were getting ready for sleep. There wasn't enough tents so many had to reside in empty houses in the now almost deserted town with only the Date clan, the other warriors and some villagers who hid from the demons.

"Ha! Nobunaga's demon army is nothing. We easily defeated them." Masamune shouted towards Kenski as he approached.

"Don't get over your head."

Masamune snarled "Nobunaga never expected that I would once again ruined his plan! I will get my revenge."

"Sure you will, well it's late I'm off to bed" Kenski replied.

"Before you go, those warriors are quite skilled maybe we should ask some to join the clan?"

"Alright, I'll ask them tomorrow, now go to bed little lord."

"I'm only three years younger than you anyway."

"Alright Alright good night" Kenski muttered before dropping into his tent exhausted.

Kenski finally woke up after that long day. He was surprised that Nobunaga didn't attack them join the night when they were all vulnerable.

Stirring from his tent Kenski walked out and he found many soldiers were already awake engaging in their morning activities.

Kenski walked around trying to find the other warriors.

Rei entered the hideout, furious at the absence of Nobunaga from the battle. What a waste of time. My target was Nobunaga, not some mindless slaves of his...
Rei entered the training area and leaped around, training his acrobatics. He vented his rage in every movement he made. He then moved his way to his weapon rack and obtained several throwing stars. He launched the throwing stars at the heads of his dummies with accuracy achieved by years of training. He continued training with the other weapons in his arsenal, although only one truly mattered. There was only one weapon he wielded that could defeat Nobunaga.

Zhao found the inn, which fortunately for was left untouched. He entered and found Zhang and Spyro already there. "Hey there sleepy heads." exclaimed Zhao. The two shrugged and Zhao joined them. There were others in the inn grabbing a bite to eat. "Boy, what a rough day," said Zhang. "I believe that it was just a small regiment of his army," said Spyro. Zhao looked at him wide-eyed, "are you...serious?" Spyro just nodded, "I've seen his entire army. It's enormous. He also has his demon generals. They represent the four elements: fire, water, wind, earth." Zhao's eyes got bigger. Just then Kenski entered the inn and spotted them. "Hey there, Date wants to move out and asks that you join us." The trio looked at each other and nodded. "OK. We're leaving soon." Kenski left. The trio followed. Zhao noticed a weapons shop nearby and headed towards it. "You guys go on ahead. I need a new weapon." Zhang and Spyro continued to the house. Date's army were making preparations to leave. Zhao entered the weapons shop. The clerk greeted him and Zhao browsed around. He soon came to twin scabbards each with a sword inside. He unsheathed one and felt the ring fill it with power. He bought both swords and returned the the house.

Rei sat down on his mat after training, his head somewhat cleared of the thoughts that had been raging through. With a clear mind, Rei could plot his next move in his battle against Nobunaga. Nobunaga would be infuriated at his previous loss. He would attack the city again with a larger army in order to prove that none could stand against him. Perhaps even overrun the city. Rei knew that was not that last battle the village would see against Nobunaga. Perhaps I should tell them...they'll have a better chance to damage Nobunaga of they are prepared. Besides...I can do nothing else until I can find out more information. Spontaneously, Rei stood to his feet and headed back towards the scene of the battle.
