Log in to remove this advertisement A tear almost came to Cavins eyes. Sleeping in a broken down vehicle, or under a noisy underpass made this seem almost like heaven. "Remember, this is a privilege. Don't abuse it, as others have, or you will spend the rest of your time here in a sarcophagas. Do I make myself clear?" The procurer asked, staring intently at Cavin. "Sir, i'm at like 97% loyalty right now. If you could procure me an X-box, internet connection, and a copy of The Orange Box, and I will throw myself in front of a tank shell for this place." Cavin answered, making a cross motion on his chest. The procurer looked at him funny. "I'll take that as a 'I won't cause trouble.' If you need anything, feel free to ask. If you want food, then just follow the signs to the messhall. I will say this once more, do not abuse what we are giving you." The procurer threatened, throwing Cavin the keycard, and walking off. The door shut behind him with a hiss. Cavin fell down on the bed, face down, chuckling so happy to himself. After repositioning himself several times, he got up and stripped out of his clothes. He walked into the bathroom, turned the shower on, and enjoyed a half an hour long shower. After getting redressed into a clean jumpsuit, Cavin flipped on the T.V. and began watching whatever he could. All these luxuries he didn't have was amazing. It was so many years since he could just take a comfortable nap, and still have the T.V. on as background noise. ------ Cavin spent his time looking down on several of the trapped people like him. Other procurers and scientists kept a close eye, making sure he wasn't going to try a rescue mission. Cavin wasn't there for that though. Instead he stood near them, talking to the caged bastards, usually while eating something good like cake, or ice cream, or icecream cake, while saying things like, "Oh man, this is so good. I'm so glad that I can have this!" and "After this delicious meal, I think I will have another one, then go OUTSIDE for a nice walk." After causing the inmates enough distress, the scientists shooed Cavin off. He didn't leave at first, but when it turned from just fun to caging threats, Cavin left in a hurry. ------- Sitting down in a wheel chair, Cavin thought hard, changing the manual chair, into a motorized throne. He raced down the hallways, doing donuts in the open spaces, and singing out random songs. At some points he would come down the hall slowly, announcing to several people, "I am professor X. Fear me." ------- Cavin had returned to his bed, after annoying most of the HP staff. He wasn't used to doing stuff like this, so he had to enjoy himself thoroughly, but now he would calm things down. Besides, if he didn't act more mature, he could get kicked out. Exhaling loudly, Cavin changed his bed into a stasis field type thing, using soft forcefields to keep him afloat. He knew that things would become heavy down the road, so he would need his rest. But what would he do until then? All of the sudden, a thought came to his head. He can upgrade anything into a weapon... That means he could make things out of junk, and still come out with something badass. Cavin smiled, then rolled to his side, drifting off to sleep. How fun this will be.... ------------------- quote Kybur

Jason First
Jason was walking down the hallway, an uncontrollable grin on his face. He had been assigned to a squad, and he couldn't wait. He stood outside the row of of 5 doors. One for each current member of the squad and himself. He knocked on the first which read 'Johnson'. A man opened up the door. He was muscular, in a dressing gown and brushing his teeth. He smiled at Jason. "I was wondering when you'd get your ass up here to say hi" Johnson said. He stepped a little out of his room and looked down the hallway. "SQUAD, PARETE FIRST IS HERE" he shouted down the hallway. A few seconds passed before the door of the next 3 rooms lid upwards and a man walked out of each one, and stood facing the opposite wall to them. Johnson nodded down the hallway at Jason and they began walking down. Upon reaching the first man, he spoke "Parete Brock sir, heavy weapons and explosives specialist". Brock was a hugely muscular man, little to no hair, and menacing. They walked further down the hall. "Parete Zinc, sir. Or Ghost as the others call me. Recon expert. Infiltration and tactics expert and Long Range fighter" he finished. Walking further down to the final man, he said "Parete Nash Sir. Sqaud medic, engineer and braniac." "At ease" Johnson said, and the men all walked back into their rooms, the doors sliding back down after them. Johnson and Jason began walking back up. "Now look here" Johnson said, "Dont make the mistake of thinking we're experts of our fields, cos we're not. We hope to be one day, but right now all we can do is hope. They weren't lying, Brock does heavy weapons and explosives, but he only just knows how to use a gun. Ghost is our Recon guy but he's never actually infiltrated anywhere. and Nash is a doctor who knows how to use a gun. So don't get any ideas in your head that we're some kind of undefeatable squad, because we're not. Granted, as we spend time together and get to know each other, our team work and efficiency will improve, but right now, we're nothing special. Now, come with me". They walked back down the hall, past the other mens' rooms'. "Here" Johnson said, "Your room". Jason looked at him puzzled. "I get my own room?". "Sure son" Johnson said, smirking a little. Jason shrugged his shoulders and Johnson slid a keycard down a slot next to the door. The door slid up and Johnson handed Jason the keycard. "We'll do some weapons training with you tomorrow, get some rest for now". Jason nodded. "I look forward to working with you again, Sir". Johnson nodded and the door slid back down again. -------------------

Steven Bishop (NPC)
Sighing, Steven left the room which now contained Simon Dumand. The next few weeks would be difficult on him, but Steven was interested to see what Compound X would do when fully injected into a human being. Simon was a perfect subject, so Steven hoped everything would go as planned. The next few months would be an extremely important time for Steven's overall objective. Steven walked towards a door that lay before him. Following him, three Government officials watched, making notes. They came here to check up on Steven, to see how his progress was going. Steven was against being checked up on like a child, but he was certain that what he was about to show them would be proof enough of Steven's capabilities. The door ahead was black, atleast six inches think of solid steel. It had only one lock, which could be opened only be Steven. He approached it, placing his eye near a scanner. A small green light moved over him, then large metallic clicks began to sound. The door began to move, splitting open and revieling darkness. Without hesitation, Steven entered the room. The three Government officials followed slowly, barely able to see. Steven continued to walk, not saying a word. The door closed behind them, the darkness covering them all. "Erm... Mr Bishop? What's going on?" Asked one of the men, fear very clear in his voice. "All will be revieled. Lights On." Steven said in a deep voice, and immediatly, lights began to burst on, revieling the huge room. It took a few moments to take in the sights. All four of them stood on a metal walkway, high above the floor of the room. Below was the real sight, though. Directly below them, hundreds of pods lay in perfect formation, lined up in rows of a hundred. In each contained a person, completely frozen. The room itself was bracing cold, and Steven could see his breath infront of him. "What is this?" One of them asked slowly, shocked. Steven began to speak, sounding like a tour guide. "1500 specimens in total. Each is completely brain dead. Think of them as a blank slate, ready to be commanded. They have no emotions, no personal thoughts. They are ready to be filled with the thoughts of whatever you choose. The perfect part? With my new finished Compound X, I can give them whatever ability I choose, whether it be flying, control over fire, anything. While there abilities are limited to only one, they will be perfect front line infantry, capable of taking down entire armys if used correctly. We have estimated atleast a 35 percent survival rate as we awaken them over the next few weeks. These will be the soldiers you require." "But who will lead them?" One of them asked. "Are you familiar with Simon Dumand? Well, we are currenty giving him the required tools in order to control entire groups of these subjects, without saying a single word. I won't bore you with the details, but if all goes correctly, they will be the perfect soldiers, much better then my past TSTS's ever could be." With that, Steven turned and left, leaving the three men to watch the test subjects. This would take up much of Steven's time over the next few months, in awakening all the test subjects in that room, giving each of them the required abilities and filling them with military knowledge. But, as usual, Steven still had one more plan prepared, something nobody could ever anticipate... OOC: This is the last post for this NPC until the time skip. I still need to post for my main character first, though.

I'd spoken to everyone in the group, and learned their powers, I also bothered to engrave them into my memory, just in case.
There were 13 of us all together, the others had been killed at the facility. There was me, Peter and Nnaji. Then there was Izzy, the eighteen year-old girl who could transform into a hideous monster and melt your face off by screaming. Then there was Leonard, the nineteen year old, very serious. He had green, scaly skin. He could turn invisible and heal, himself and others. Then there was Toby, who could create and manipulate a powerful black fire. He was nerdy, and feared. There WAS Liam, the obnoxious person who respected no one but himself. He felt that he should follow no one and work with no one but himself. He was killed by Toby. There was Tea, who seemed to be teenaged. She was talkative, and talked about many behind their backs. She's the person who had warned me of Liam and warned him of Toby. She had powers over plants, I was unaware of how powerful she was at the time. There was Calvin, he was shy, and lashed out at people who offended him. He had extremely powerful telekinetic abilities, but was no skilled when using them. There was Simon, he was very tall, but slow. Slow in movement, not intelligence. He was extremely intelligent, his mind was like a super computer, with the advancments of decades. His interactions were few, but he seemed normal. There was Luna, the girl with white hair that reached her waist, and pale skin. She had completely black eyes, and "vampiric" powers. She didn't drink blood, but she had super strength and speed, as well as a flying ability. Suprisingly, she wasn't a Twilight fan, I despised the movies and books anyways. We also shared dark personalities, and had an understanding of many languages. If I didn't know better, I'd say she was a clone, or twin, somehow related. There was Sam, he was a dwarf. I wouldn't underestimate him just because of stature though. He could generate and manipulate lightning, a powerhouse in that element. From my understanding, his skin was as hard as stone. He was friendly though. The last was "Noom". That's what the others called him. He was tall, imposing man with dreadlocks that were tied up. He only glanced at those who attempted to communicate with him, he followed throughout on objectives though, so he understood us. "Hey, Bryan!!" Tea whispered from behind me. "What." I said, turning around. "What should we do about Toby? What if kills someone else?" she asked. "You don't have to afraid of him, it's not he's aggressive towards everyone all the time, I'm pretty sure if you just had a normal conversation with him you wouldn't be so scared, I do disagree with him killing Liam though, no matter how much of an ass he was." I said. "Fine, I'll try that, but if I get hurt! Or killed youl-" I interrupted her. "He wouldn't hurt a girl like you, especially because of your appearance." I said. "What do you mean?" "You're pretty, he's nerdy." I said. "I get it, thanks." she said walking off. I hoped I was right.

I slowly wake up, yet again. This time I'm in the Medical Room. I put my hand up to my forehead, my head thumping wildly. I slowly sit up, and looked around. I noticed a girl looking at me funny (Lighting Blade) and she had I guess her team around her.
"She's awake." said one of the medical staff. "What happened to me?" I asked through my mask. "You blacked out. We don't know why you did though." one of the other meduical staff said again. I put my legs over the table, getting ready to stand up. I got off the table and walked out, the other people just staring at me. I exit out of the room, heading to the Director's office again, until one of the procurers came along. "The Director doesnt want to be bothered at this time." he said. "Too much on his plate then, I suppose?" I asked. "You can say that. He told me to show you to your room." he replied. "My own room? Sweet! Lead me to it then." I said. "Indeed. Please follow me." he said. He started walking and showed me to my room. He handed me the key card and I walked in. I first headed to my bed and layed down. I didnt even look at my room. OOC: I'm all ready for the time lapse now. -------------------

"Ready..."
I stood still, taking in slow, deep breaths of the warm breeze that blew through the grand hall. The once glass ceiling about fifteen floors above me was now shattered, reveiling the night sky and the rain that poured down on the whole room. The ground I stood on was cracked slightly from my landing through the glass ceiling. The room looked like a reception room, with a front desk, computers, telephones, staircases and elevators. I wore a long brown trench coat, which had slight rips in it from crashing through the glass earlier. My hair hung slightly past my eyebrows, completely wet and water dripping from it slowly. "Aim..." The past few months had been difficult. The Government hadn't gave up or slowed down in it's attempts to capture us with abilities, who they called TSTS's. They sent others with abilities after us, but there numbers weren't very large, and they were not often used. There main unit of choice were there military soldiers. While they were not easy to take out, I had manaed alright. I didn't know if it was just because of what was going on in my life, or whether it was whatever I had been injected with, but the past months had changed me. I had become more agressive, more determined and become much better at using my abilities. For example, because of my regenerative ability, I had leant that my blood could actually be used to heal people, although I hadn't got many chances to try this. Right now, I was entering a Government office building, hoping to find information on where the other Government facilities were. However, it seemed they had prepared for such a situation, as right now, there were about ten armed guards standing ahead of me, guns raised, about to fire. I smiled slightly, raising my right hand and my palm facing them. "Fire!" Bullets began to fly in my direction, ending the once silence of this grand hall. A few civilians were running, screaming towards the exit. I remained still, not moving an inche as the rain continued to pour down on me. Seconds passed, and the men stopped firing. I looked forward, and the guards looked in disbelief. All the bullets they fired were infront of me, frozen in the air. The guards began stumbling back, lowering their guns. I flicked my wrist, and almost as if they had a mind of their own, the bullets turned and started to fly towards the guards who had fired them. Mere moments later, all the guards fell, killed by their own bullets. I started to walk forward, heading towards one of the elevators. I pressed the button, and the door opened with a low beep, and I stepped inside. The elevator began to move down, towards the basement. This wasn't the first Government building I had attacked in the past months, so I knew where to go. I stood in silence, until the door opened again. I was instantly deafened by the sound of gunfire. I stepped to the side, as the bullets pierced the metal of the elevator. I waited until the gun fire halted, then sprung forward. I ran down the hallway towards the guards. I moved my hand, as a few of the guards flew backwards, hitting the wall behind them. Others continued to fire, with a bullet even going through my shoulder. I managed to ignore the pain, knowing that if I stopped, i would be dead. At the end of the hallway, apart from a few side rooms, was a large vault door. That was what I was here for. Whatever they were hiding behind it, I wanted it. I flung the guns from the hands of the remaining guards, moving close to them. I swung the back of my foot into the face's of one of them, then brang my fist to the face of the other. Staring at the last, I again flicked my wrist, and his head spun, snapping his neck. I turned now, facing the vault door. It had a keypad next to it, but I had no idea what the code was. Standing back abit, I raised my hand towards it. I began using my ability on the vault door, hearing the metal start to twist and bend. It had been about two weeks since I had last seen Bryan and his group. I thought it would be safer to go alone, avoid travelling in big groups. I had no idea what they were doing now, but I assumed their end goal was still the same as mine. We need to find the location of the main facility, to try and put a stop to whatever was happening. The door began to pull out from it's frame, scrapping the metal around it. Metal sparks flew everywhere, as I moved the vault door, dropping it with a huge bang. My nose started to bleed slightly from the strain of doing that. I walked forward, stepping over the vault door. I walked inside the surprisingly small vault, looking around. To my surprise, it was filled with paperwork. I had expected some kind of chemicals or captives. I began to scan through the paperwork, looking for anything important. After what felt like an hour, i found nothing. I kicked a threw a few of the papers to the floor in a rage. I had found barely any usefull information in weeks. Then, however, a file on the floor caught my eye. I picked it up, reading the title. The Human Project. I took the file, knowing this wasn't the time to read it. I ran back towards the elevator, knowing it wouldn't be long before back-up arrived here, and I really did not want to be here when that happened.

The day has come.
All has gone according to plan. The materials have been spent. The new age of HP technology is created. No more waiting. It is time. Evimeria, at long last. Deuclian stood before the mass of HP Paretes, as he was now calling them. The ranking system he’d introduced three months ago used Greek names. There were Paretes and Parate Kyvernitis’s. Procurers and Procurer Commanders. And they all stood here, before their Diefthyntis. Their Director. “Gentlemen.” Deuclian called out in a commanding but inviting voice, “Today is unlike any you’ve experienced before. Today will not be littered with petty ambushes of wandering test subjects, or squabbles with the Government. No, today… today is the unveiling of a new age of prosperity and success. Over the past three months, our scientists have been building a new line of equipment that will coat us from the Government’s fire and secure the moment in which we finally best them. And today, they have finally been made ready, and will now be bestowed to you. The curtain behind me has shielded these gifts from your sight… until now.” Deuclian stood and aside and let the curtain slowly swing open, revealing a wall covered in the most astonishing pieces of technology they had ever seen. Weapons, suits of armor, all black and white with the most searing red lights emblazoned on them in the most intricate manner. Most of the men stood up to take a closer look at these marvels before them. Deuclian approached the wall and took a peculiar looking rifle from it. He turned to the crowd and said, “The HP Single Beam Rifle, which we have named “Beatrice”. It fires a single beam of energy at the target that causes heavy damage upon impact. More than even the best bullet in the world. Light, easy to handle… it is to be the staple of our arms.” Deuclian placed the Beatrice back on the wall and picked up something heavier. A black cannon with a coil on the end, shaped like a cylinder with glowing red grooves running along its sides. “The High Motor Cannon, named “Virgil”.” Deuclian announced, “Heavy weapon. Fires a massive, concentrated burst of energy that does massive damage. Capable of destroying entire vehicles in one hit. Something I’m sure you’ll all enjoy.” Deuclian placed the Virgil back where it was and said, “Now, the last weapon is quite peculiar, I know. But it simply had to be built. We have adopted a Greek visage, so why not adopt a weapon in the same manner?” Deuclian took what looked to be the black hilt of a sword from the wall. He turned and held it up, pressing a button on it. It immediately lit up, forming a blade made of orange energy, shaped in a manner similar to Greek swords. “The Focused Energy Sword, or as I have named it, the Dante. A weapon designed solely for close combat, besting any primitive knife or club. My personal favorite of the contents here, as well. It will be sufficient in the battles to come.” Deuclian pressed the button again, and the blade dissipated. He placed it on its spot on the wall and turned to the suit of armor. A simple, black bodysuit with gray padding that resembled Greek armor. It was draped with white cloths around the waist and neck, almost like a mane. It donned a hood on the helmet, which was black with prominent, red lenses around the eyes. There stood two versions of the armor, one with the headpiece mentioned above, and the other with something more prominent. A crown-like feature protruded from beneath the hood, from the forehead. “The HP All-Purpose Anikitos Hardsuit.” Deuclian said, “These suits will be distributed to all Human Project personnel, and they will become the face of our frontline Parete’s. As you can see, there are two versions of the suit in order to differ between ranks by the noted headpieces. The suit itself functions as full body armor that defends against nearly all known forms of damage, but also has a built in medical exoskeleton that automatically administers advanced medical attention to any Parete’s who happen to suffer an injury of any kind. It also deals with shock trauma, fatigue, and other shortcomings.” Deuclian turned to the crowd and said, “Its name is fitting. Anikitos. Invincible.” Deuclian placed his hands behind his back once more and continued; “Evimeria. Prosperity. That’s what stands before you. But prosperity is not possible unless there are people around to work for it. Giovanni, our head of equipment development, is credited with actually creating them. That much is to be expected. However, none of these marvels could have been invented without the aid of two of our most prominent, nonhuman allies.” Deuclian paused as two men walked onto the stage from opposing sides. They were Jason First and Cavin Winick. A lot had changed for the both of them over the course of the last three months. Ever since Jason had been accepted into the ranks of the Human Project, he showed amazing promise as one of their Parete’s. Of course, he was no longer a Parete. He ascended to the rank of Kyvernitis. He even led his own squad, now. Of course, many saw him undeserving of his success because he couldn’t die, but he always eluded the Government when they came after him. That much was enough to exemplify his skill in combat. Cavin, too, had helped plenty over time. He only did Freelancer work every now and then, on account of risking capture by the Government. He provided enough materials to keep the Human Project heavy in resources for a long time. He was, however, revered for his abilities, but not his competence. He still regularly caused the personnel some hassle, but they got used to it. Deuclian continued; “These are the people we strive to secure salvation for. But in order to defeat the Government and stop them from using the afflicted as their tools of destruction, we were forced to employ their methods to create these weapons. But with the cooperation of these two, we’ve proven we’re more commendable than our enemy.” Deuclian stepped forward and said, “To this day, we continue to work on finding a cure for these people. That will never cease. But the Government still threatens our existence. And thus, the purpose of this new age of equipment is such that we may finally launch our campaign against the enemy.” The men began to cheer with anticipation at the announcement. Deuclian waited for them to settle before continuing; “I am instilling a new rank upon a portion of the personnel here. Stratiotis. Soldier. The men who bare this rank will be our main force against Government personnel. Very soon, after everyone has been outfitted and armed, we will begin dispatching small armies to overthrow Government facilities, take their equipment, liberate and possibly recruit any subjects they have captured, and so on and so forth.” The men continued cheering as Deuclian announced, “This is the day the Human Project rises forth. Reformation is finally within our grasp. Success is closer now than it ever has been.” Deuclian raised his fist in the air and said, “To victory!” The entire crowd did the same, in a glorious display of anticipation and vigor. … After the speech, all the personnel were directed to the armory to receive their equipment. The changing of Parete’s to Stratiotis’s would also take place there. Deuclian was sitting in his office, with Cavin and Giovanni present. Jason was busy getting his suit. He didn’t have to wear one to stay alive, but it was required because of his rank. He didn’t seem to mind, though. Deuclian pondered what weapon he would choose. “Nice speech, Deuclian.” Cavin said, crossing his arms. Giovanni nodded and said, “Yes, I think the amount of pep in here is at an all-time high, thanks to our men being fitted with some of the most powerful weaponry on the planet.” Cavin smirked and said, “Well, they may be pretty bad-ass, but mine are still ten times better.” Deuclian nodded and said, “No argument there, Cavin.” He leaned back and said, “I’m assuming you have no interest in any of equipment?” Cavin shrugged and said, “Nah. I can make weapons and armor out of total junk. I’m good.” Deuclian nodded and said, “Of course.” Cavin nodded and said, “Anyway, call me up when you’ve got some good Freelancer work ready. I’m good for busting some heads.” He turned and left the room. Giovanni turned and said, “I should get back to work, Director. Calibrations and all that. They might need me down in the armory.” Deuclian nodded and said, “Send Kyvernitis Jason and his squad to my office when they’ve been properly equipped.” Giovanni nodded and said, “Yes, Director.” He turned and left, leaving Deuclian to his own. ------------------- And don't forget, when your elders forget To say their prayers Take 'em by the legs And throw 'em down the stairs

"Three months before"
I was sitting in a chair thinking as my minds starts clearing up alittle "May we need to act now"Ben said i look up at him "Do what, get us killed or have me use my powers, you never do anything"I yelled getting up. I been fighting with ben and anyone that tried to make me do anything. The truth is i don't care for there goal, my goal is to stop the government and find a place where i belong. I start regreting turnning on the director of the human project, i had it made there, food, a room, and i felt home there but now i was stuck here. "Hold him down! We can use him!" I yelled, as Calvin and Luna struggled to keep the huge monster in a cage.
It wasn't nessesarily a cage, more like a collection of giant metal pillars. In some of the facility's we'd found, we collected very valuable information , we know had a good understanding of what had happened. In three months, I'd become to leader of all of us, our group of TSTSs. That's what we were called, we were experimented on at very young ages, we were "Third set". Right now, we were running from a recent facility, we'd already gotten rid of the armed men that attacked us, now we were dealing with a "First set", a giant disfigured person, this one wasn't just a hulk, it had huge, long sharp teeth that reached under it's "chin" and above the area where it's nose should be. We were trying to capture it, or at least imprison it, to research it. It'd been around two weeks since I'd seen Peter, he went out alone, Hopefully, he'd return at some point if he was alive. Return with information, that we didn't already know about. I was perched atop a wall, shooting small bone spears into the thing. I was also instructing the others, my goal was to get this thing alive, and unconscious. Izzy was screaming metal all over the thing, as was almost everyone else. Noom was on standby, waiting for my signal. "Eh rasta mon, when can I get up in dat action?" he asked, he was needed very soon. "Wait for it....." I yelled, over the noise. "Tea, GO!!!" I screamed, she jumped over in front of of the first set. She rose up her arms and slowed her breathing. Huge roots shot up and anchored the thing down, the metal slammed down harder. That was Noom's signal, her finishing with that. The roots were strong enough to hold it down for a few minutes. Then, Noom sprung into action. His hands and feet became covered in a sticky, black goo. He jumped up on a wall, then onto the first set. He grabbed onto the thing's head, avoiding it's attempts to bite him. His feet becamed red and reptilian, his toes sharp. He kicked it's face for thirty seconds, in that time, everything holding the first set down was reinforced, and more things were added. When Noom finally jumped down and landed on his hands, he laughed. The first set was "nailed" to the ground now, it's attempts to move were no longer happening, it was still breathing though. It's mouth was bloody, it's teeth stuck into it's mouth and were shattered. "What the *bleep* could we possibly do with this?" Izzy asked, out of breath. I was tired as well, I jumped down, examining the first set, one of it's eyes were below it's mouth, the other on a huge lump on it's forehead. "Wheneva I cursed around mah mama I would get a smack across mah face, girl." Noom said to Izzy, she did swear every ten seconds. "doesn't really matter, but it's annoying Izzy. Calvin, see what you can find out about that thing." I said. Calvin walked over and moved his palms above the first set, examining it using his powers. "Let's get movin soon, others might show up." I said.

Steven Bishop (NPC)
"We're ready..." Muttered Steven, staring down at his creations. He stood on the metal walkway of this room, which stretched half a mile long. Steven couldn't help but feel... proud. To the people below him, he was their creator, their God. He had given them the life they now hand, and he could just as easily take it away. Ofcourse, he never would. He would have no need to; everything in this room was completely under his control. He now had no need for any of the guards in this facility, so he ordered them to be dispatched and sent elsewhere. Below Steven, his children stood, waiting for there orders. Everyone of Steven's creation stood below him. First, were the few First Set Test Subject's. They would act as field commanders, controlling the majority of the forces here. They were one of the most powerful in this room and, if accompanied with the correct test subjects, had the powers of any around them. There strength was unmatched. They would do what was needed to complete their orders and, so far, none had been killed in combat. Steven didn't expect that to change any time soon. Next, came the Second Set Test Subjects. There were, in a way, the special forces of this army. They had excellent military training, and had spent years perfecting there ability's. The most perfect part? They had no control over anything they did. All orders were followed perfectly. They had a mix of abilities, all seeming random, but they were very skilled. These would be deployed for operations which required... perfection. They would also be used to guard this main facility from any form of danger. Steven had always been surprised by how successful they had been in combat. Then there was Steven's newest creation. The final subjects. Steven had spent the majority of the last few months perfecting these. What was so good about them? Steven chose each and every ability that each of them had. There were entire groups which could teleport, groups which could fly, groups which could explode, and even groups which could emmit an Electro-Magnetic pulse to disable enemy equipment. Basically, if there was any ability, the final subject's would have an entire group for it. However, there had been one ability Steven couldn't stabalize; immortality. He never could re-create the ability. It didn't matter, it wasn't required right now. These were the soldiers the Government had wanted from the start, and they were finally ready. Finally in Steven's army were the military soldiers. Steven planned on using these as nothing more then cannon fodder, as he no longer had use for them. He had atleast an army of 2000 subjects, not including any military soldiers. He was ready. However, there was one more thing. Simon Dumand. Three months ago, Steven had injected Simon with the Compound X. Compound X was the final part of Steven's work, containing a mix of every ability created. Initially, Steven wanted to just find out what the compound would do when fully injected into a human host. Even Steven himself was shocked at the results. Simon had gone through massive physical and mental changes. Firstly, he had grew to a astonishing ten foot tall. The entire left side of his body went through massive deformities, now appearing as a mix of blood and bone, while the right side of his body remained the same. His left arm was now an outstretched clawed fist, capable of picking up a grown man. He made the First Set Test Subject's look normal. His ability's however, were rather interesting. Instead of having control of every ability, like Steven had planned, Simon could only use one ability at a time, but it seemed he could choose whatever ability that was. Steven didn't know how long it took him to change his ability, but he suspected it must take atmost ten minutes. The entire proccess had caused massive mental strain on Simon, as he first tried to reject it. After weeks of tests and mental experimentation, Steven eventually wiped Simon's memory. He was now, like the others, under Steven's control. Seeing as Steven couldn't actually enter the battle field, Simon would lead the army, almost like a General. Everything was ready. Steven had his army, and he planned to use it to his goal. He could not imagine a force capable of defeating this, although he suspected many would try. Steven, however, was prepared...

I watch the girl walking out of the room, i sigh laying back. "You get some rest, you'll need it" I hear and nod. They visted me over the weeks as my leg heals, i talked to my team. I finally got out of the bed. "Lets go do something i been in a bed for two weeks"I said looking at the leader and he nods "Ok we can go outside but i'll be watching you"He said i nod
Three months later I was coming in with my team, i earned there trust again which i was happy. We go in a room where the director was giving out a spreech. I hang on everyword he was saying. I cheer with everyone in the room as he finished. "I will help him out no matter what"I thought i smiled as i was happy to given a second chance -------------------

Cavin sat on his bed a little sullen. Despite that he just got congratulated in front of the entire facility. That had nothing to do with it though. Shaking his head, he rolled up the sleeves on his shirt. The black rot had spread up his arm towards his elbows, almost reaching the joint.
Through the years, Cavin had noticed that his arms would grow rotten more and more, but it was only a little bit. The past 3 months had yeilded much more activity though, and that worried him. Of course he had been using his power much much more the past 3 months then he had in the past 3 years as well. That had to have had something to do with it. But what would happen if this continued? Would it kill him? Would it just change his appearence? Cavin thought long and hard on it, then shook his head. He jumped off his bed, and into his computer chair. Starting up his laptop, Cavin turned on some Team Fortress 2, to help him forget about what he was thinking. ------ After many hours of eliminating the enemy, Cavin had had enough. He left his laptop running, but he shut down his game, as he got up to adventure around the HP base again. He had made himself well known to everyone around the base. Though it wasn't all good reviews, he was still well known, and that sort of made him happy. "Sir." or "Ma'am" Were what Cavin would say to most who passed by him. They would mostly nod, and walk on, paying no mind. He continued this routine for awhile, till he got to the testing range. More so a shooting range really. Normally there were only a few that would visit this place, but after the upgrades, it was jam packed with so many people ready to test their new armaments. There was mostly the sound of lasers, but occasionally there would be a loud boom or two. Cavin couldn't help himself. He was curious to see the product of his assistance. He squeezed himself in, watching as the lasers tore apart their targets, and watched as large portions were blown to pieces by the "Virgil" weapons. After several explosions, Cavin could hear a manaical laugh. He recognised the voice. Pushing up close, Cavin got next to one of the newly named Stratiotis, a friend of his. Bald on the head, muscular all around, and at least a good foot taller than him, stood Borris. The crazed Russian. "This weapon good for tearing part little government babies!" He laughed. "Enjoying your new weapon there Borris?" Cavin said loudly, over the sounds of lasers. Startled slightly, he looked around, then saw Cavin standing below him. "Oh, Da. Very much so." He said with a grin. "Well you are welcome. You know. Cause this wouldn't have been made without me and all." Cavin replied, nudging him. "Da, da, thank you. Shut up and let me shoot." He muttered, poppping off another shot. Cavin chuckled and went to turn, before stopping to see a soldier shoot one of the laser weapons. An idea came to his mind, and he wanted to execute it badly. Approaching the stratoitis, Cavin started whistling. When he got next to him, he shouted to him. "Hey! Let me see that real quick." The soldier rubbed the bridge of his nose, then handed the weapon over, hoping to cause as little conflict as possible. Cavin occasionally took things by force if it wasnt given at first demand. "Don't worry! I won't break it!" He chuckled, aiming down the sights. "This thing will probably shoot straight through the base or something. Just watch." He focused hard, trying to upgrade the weapon in his hand. This started differently though. Instead of changing to its new color, as the weapon was already there, the red lights started purging to a bright white. The weapon began to shake, and make high pitched noises. Others took notice and started to step back. "What the hell are you doing Mr. Winick!?" The soldier asked as his gun started shaking sparatically. "I don't know!" Cavin responded. Soon the warmth given off began to burn his hands. Nothing he made ever burned his hands, but this did. When it became unbareable, he chucked the laser down the way as far as he could. Continuing to shake, bouncing around, and hissing even louder, Cavin shouted out, "HIT THE DECK!" Everyone occupying the testing room, jumped towards the exit, bouncing on top of each other. With an explosion larger than a Virgil shot, the laser rifle exploded, sending white plasma out in an intricate formation. The boom itself would no doubt be heard throughout the base, as it left most people inside the room with a temporary deafness in the ears. People moaned and groaned, holding their heads, while sitting up. "Sorry! Sorry everyone!" Cavin shouted, even though he knew they would only hear mumbles.
