gameshark code to get Charmander in pokemon yellow

I had a gameshark code to get a charmander and every time I go to use the code it pops up with a super nerd who wants to battle and his pokemon are both LV.22 and the first one is like a ghost it isn't effected by normal attacks.the 2nd one will do the same thing unless you turn off the cheat b4 he throws out his second it will turn back if u turn the cheat off. I got a mewtwo,mew,bulbasaur,and a squirtle. But I can't get the Charmander. Can someone tell me a good gameshark code for Charmander.
