First do not buy tires, suspension and brakes for any cars.
Do not upgrade alfa at all or just add performance only.

Get the aston martin db9.
Upgrade Pro Transmission ASAP.
Then defeat angie get turbo and always have Samson (10% bonus)as active crew member. Beat Kenji then always have Yumi as active. Tell her always to race not to scout. Since you are racing tier 3 cars with your DB9 its tough to win yourself.

Do all races in silverton except canyon duels and that should be 1 million in your kitty. Defence races are hard especially against dodge viper and corvette. Still short somehow. Sell angie,kenji and alfa cars.

DO NOT ADD ANY VISUAL UPGRADES TO CARS WON IF YOU WANT A MILLION.

P.S since you got the cash you can work on filling your garage with the different types of cars and still will have 750,000 left. I bought the porsche gt for racing and the corvette for pursuits and still had 100,000 left.
