What do you get when all of the business of the first island also how do you get to the another island?

You unlock the other island by completing the mission From Zero To Hero. Not quite sure I understand your first question.

Please try to be as specific as possible. How am I supposed to know what mission you're on? That "airport mission" isn't that descriptive.
