If u want to find it so much,then this is the tip:Play normally,don't push yourself too far,and someday u will find it.

thats why i always save my masterball for lati@s i just play normally like johny and when i do run into it i have it in the bag

well then either a.
play the game normally and when you run into it chase it around or
b.
run back and forth between the same route and run into 5 pokemon and if haven't ran into it go back to the other route and back but this trick you need a meank looker/wobb

Or try having a sleeping powderer.

Sleeping is better!

I don't understand 1 thing, how does a Legendary Pokemon come when repel is on?

I just wanted to say this:
I have been reading the first few pages of this thread, hoping to shed some light onto how to catch the ever elusive Latios. I had my friend give me his for a moment so I had his data, and could track him. When I got to the selected spot that he was in, I vigorously began running through the grass, with my Latias (from a previous game) in the first slot (because it only made sense that they encountered each other), but the moment, the very moment I switched Latias (at Lv 62) with my Macargo (Level 39), Latios appeared.
