Vibrava is an awsome choice, when he/she evovles you've got a really powerful lead Flygon, make sure you add Flamethrower.
Bellosom is the main thing that put your score down, no Sunny Day to help you equals less usage of both Moonlight and SolarBeam and Petal Dance is too risky. Acid could be replaced with Sludge Bomb for a much better attack.
Swampert i personally think is pretty awesome but i would change Muddy Water for Dive for a safe drawback and When you get Earthquake get rid of Mud Shot and i love blizzard but if you want to play it safe Get Ice Beam.
Chinchou hasn't been worked yet (i hope!) but get Signal Beam instead of Flail and Surf/Waterfall/Dive instead of Water Gun and i love ShockWave, so far out of those rate my team threads, yours is the only one that isn't rubbish and only needs a bit of help!
Salamence would be a great pokemon to back up all of the others and Groudon would be a safety buckle!
My individual ratings for each of your pokemon are;
Bellosom is your only mistake!

quoteChoose either Salamence or this guy. Salamence has the better Atk, but Flygon has the better typing and STAB Earthquake. Main weaknesses are Dragon and Ice, so you will want to cover them.
~ Dragon Claw
~ Flamethrower | Fire Blast
~ Crunch | Sandstorm
Dragon Claw for other Dragons, and good damage neutral, not much resist it. Flamethrower for a Fire type attack and covering your Ice weakness. Earthquake because he can use it well because of STAB. Crunch is the better of the option, since not much of your team can benefit from Sandstorm.
quoteThere's much better Grass types out there, this is one of the worst actually. >>; The only way it's useful is if you have Sunny Day up.
~ Sleep Powder
~ Sunny Day
Put them to Sleep (May take a few tries) then get Sunny Day up. After that, you can heal with Moonlight, or start bashing with SolarBeam. Alternatively, you could switch into Flygon for a nicely boosted Flamethrower, if you so choose.
quoteNot bad, but not wonderful. Swampert can deal with pretty much anything thrown at him, which is why he's the best starter. He can actually cover his weaknesses.
~ Ice Beam
Surf is just amazing as always, and it gets STAB, so...why not use it? Earthquake is the same thing. He learns it at lvl 52, it's good, gets STAB, keep it. Ice Beam takes care of your Grass weakness, which is the biggest issue. Endeavor is when you have finished your killing spree, and you are almost dead yourself. Brings the opponents Hp down to match yours, very useful for the E4.
quoteThis guy has wonderful typing. This also gives you ANOTHER bulky Water type. The good thing about your Water types is their lack of weaknesses and their strengths, so you can easily have both on the same team. Since it's just starting out, it's not going to be great, but here's a moveset to look forward too.
~ Thunder Wave
~ Confuse Ray
Use Thunder Wave first, lets you ALWAYS go first (Because Paralyze cripples Speed) then you use Confuse Ray. After wards, the foe has little chance of actually getting an attack in thanks to confusion and Paralyze. It's an evil combo. (: Surf or Thunderbolt them to death once you have the deadly combo of status set up.
quoteNot a bad team overall. Good choices in Pokemon, just the moveset are a little off. Salamence would be better than Flygon, but I personally like Flygon better, I think he handles the battlefield just as good. Mainly because of his type advantage and STAB Earthquakes though. As for Groudon, I hate legendaries, so I would say no. I have 2 Pokemon that you should look at, I tihnk they'd fit together well with this.
~ Steel Wing | Fly
Start out with Spikes, this helps everything that switches in become damaged, it's amazing. It adds up. After you have 3 layers (Used Spikes 3 times) use Toxic, then Roar. Keep repeating until you get bored, or Poison the whole team. Steel Wing (Or Fly, I just like Steel Wing better) is your only way to directly harm anything, but it works just fine. Skarmory has amazing Def, so while doing all this, you loose basically no Hp. Here is another build if you don't like this one, because it does take time to see it's effects.
~ Aerial Ace
~ Steel Wing
Not at all like the above. You keep attacking until you are low on Hp, in which case, you Rest and heal. The 2 turns asleep are nothing because Skarmory's Def can again...handle pretty much anything. Here's the other Pokemon you should look into for your team...
~ Shadow Ball
~ Brick Break | Counter
~ Slack Off
Like the second Skarmory moveset, you just attack until you can heal with Slack Off. The ONLY thing that I hate about this guy is his ability, that makes him attack EVERY OTHER TURN. When you look at his stats, you move past this. His amazing Atk and Hp make up for his stupid ability.
How I helped. (:
