And also I had it cleared with the Super's that I did not have many alias's and that I had 2 accounts that I had told the Super's about so would you please remove the many alias's part as it is making me look bad.

I also didn't post as a guest as the IP results showed. I remember that much.

I assume your talking about a custom title?

Go into Profile and then into Forum Settings/Prefs. Below your signature space, you should see a Custom Title: area and a small white box to the right of it. Type in what you want there and hit Finish at the end.

Make sure the image you want as your banner fits the requirements (575 x 125 pixels or lower and less than 40,900KB) and make sure it's hosted. If it's not hosted, go to a hosting site (such as Imageshack) and browse for your image. After clicking Host it! you'll be given several codes. Copy the first one and paste it into your signature space (excluding the [imageshack] tags).

If the banner you want is already hosted, right click on it and go down to properties, then copy the Address (URL) and paste it into image tags. (the [img][/img] ones) -Same example as above.
