Route 119 is where Feebas is. There are about 400 "tiles" of water you can fish on. Only 6 of these tiles contain Feebas, so you must find one of these tiles. The tiles are randomly reset when you change your popular phrase. You need to Surf on the water, and try fishing on every tile. It is not what tile you're surfing ON, but which tile you are facing.

Some people say the Old Rod works, but the Prima guide says specifically to use the Super Rod. I'd stick with the Super Rod just to be safe. I used the Super Rod and found him very quickly, in about 10 minutes of searching. Other people on these boards report searching for hours without finding anything. The Prima guide also says he's the hardest Pokemon to find in the entire game.

Once you find him, that's the easy part! Evolving him is tough, and if you don't know what you're doing then you may end up with a garbage Feebas which will never evolve.

Step 1: Check whether the Feebas you caught has a Rash or Quiet personality. If he does, you're in luck. If not, it's going to much tougher to evolve this guy. If your Feebas is Impish, Careful, or Jolly then don't even bother. These 3 personalities hate dry blocks and barely respond to the stat increases.

Step 2: To evolve Feebas into Milotic, you must max out his Beauty condition using Pokeblocks. Beauty is increased using Blue or Indigo blocks which are both DRY. Only Rash/Quiet personalities like dry blocks, and respond to them better than other personalities. A Pokemon can only eat 12 blocks in his entire life. If you keep feeding weak blocks to Feebas he'll become full without maxing out his beauty.

Step 3: Harvest 12 berries to make Blue or Indigo blocks. Do not use weak berries that make level 11 blocks. Use something good like Hondew, Kelpsy, or Cornn. You can get these from the Berry Master.

Step 4: Berry blender the good berries you just harvested. They'll have at least levels of at least 23. Feed 12 of the Pokeblocks to your Feebas. His beauty condition will max out.

Step 5: Level Feebas up once and he will evolve into Milotic!

I started the "Feebas Trouble" thread and its become 3 pages long ^^ anyways ive caught every legendary and hard to catch pokemon you can get all but feebas so by the time your done reading this i will NOT be on neo i will begin fishing on every tile to get feebas!And to "Anilones" that prima garbage is crap!Prima guides are no good!with super rod all that will happen is youll have to fish in every tile a LOT!because all youll see is carvahna and other junk!Old rod is the best!Its what you use to get magikarp and it goes the same for feebas!!
