Can't answer all of them, but you can only get Lotad in trade from Sapphire, so no, not in Ruby!

Are you sure about Lotad? I could swear I've seen him in the patch of grass next to the pond on route 102?

I could be wrong though...its been awhile since I saw him outside a trainer battle.

Ruby is great, but emerald is good too

Ok, you go to a cave under the sea, im sure u know that bit, and then you hear an opening cave somewhere
Regirock - right, right, down, down - then use strength
Reggie - Read the inscription for more than 2 mins
Registeel - Use fly in the center of the cave

1. You do the sealed chamber puzzle first, then get to route 105, 120 and the desrt somewhere there should be a big rock. solve the braille and fight the regis.
2. You can't get regigigas, it's a dpp pokemon.
3. I'm pretty sure that's only in emerald onwards so no.
4. i don't think so. i've neva seen a wild one.
5. basically, the puzzle is, every 6 hrs the tide channges. u can only get shoal shells at a high tide and shoal sand at a low tide.
6. Ruby is one of those games that Nintendo make so crap cause there's nothing to do after the Elite4 excpet for the Battle Tower. So no.
