What is the largest amount of bells you had?

I had 248,000 before i used them to pay off my mortgage.
now i'm working on my 360,000+ bell mortgage to get a basement. how much did you have at one point or another, and what did you do with it? You gotta admit though; a quarter of a million bells is a lot...

I don't know about AC:GCN or Wild World but the most I've had in City Folk is over a million.

Save it for your house. More space=more crap in your house that you can sell in the Flea Market on the occasional sunday.

i've had about 20,000,000 bells at one time. i spent about 4 hour copying royal crowns and then sold them all XD
it took forever
