	not narrated, but it just displays the word in a flashy fashion to interest others to read the actual newsletter. so actually, its just copy and paste the word onto the video with a low volumes song in the background. like a slideshow, with just words and pictures relevant to the newsletter. ------------------- Pokemon X & Y Version

	You need to be enormously active in the forum you'd be applying to and must show exceptional forum etiquette and knowledge. You could either submit your own application or be offered the chance by supermods(which is a stunningly rare occasion). -------------------
