	We came to an agreement earlier,that was both ways that way everyone was happy. We kept the old ways which meant alot and were respected and You got to add your new award the way you wanted it to be changing ramdomly depending on your mood. This new languauge your adding to the forum needs to be spelled out in writing. Example January -Creativity February-Valentine themes March-the most wifi events etc,etc I don't like language that isn't spelled out and changes every month,it's not fair and I want no part of it. -------------------

	But I said I would be replacing it. I said that we should do one or the other. And none of this is for ME, it's for the forum. Please understand that. Having two awards defeats the purpose of having one gang awarded the least they can, as to avoid favoritism, etc. That was the whole conflict that we were trying to avoid, so I came up with the trait plan. This way, I would add in the Newsletter each month "This trait", so that if a gang won more then once, it wouldn't be a big deal. I felt like that helped our issues, and no one disagreed. That's why I thought we were OK to move on. I'm not randomly making traits on my feelings, I'm placing traits each month which are pertinent to "a good gang". As an example, this month I put the "Most welcoming" trait. I wrote it out for everyone to see. The greeting message in the gangs forum is "Trait of the month: Most Welcoming". I'm, like I said I would, giving you all a month to beocme the "most welcoming". This was the plan I proposed, asked if it was good, and then received no complaints about. I wasn't telling you guys I wanted to do this, but if you guys liked it. It wasn't the other way around. ------------------- Justin -------------------

	Jeez, I had never expected snow was this adamant on some form of a Clan Award being held this month. I honestly don't see what the big deal is, individual monthly "trait awards" sound much more efficient and reusable than one solid award regarding each and every one. This way no one is left out, no feelings are hurt, and everyone should receive their just share. -------------------

	And that's what the majority of you guys told me, and you didn't seem to have a problem at the time either, Snow. So, complain if you have a legitimate arguement, but don't argue to simply argue. If you don't like something, give me a reason, and I'll ALWAYS take a look into it. As for the new "trait" system, I prefer having each month released with the newsletter. Though, if you guys prefer, I can make each month have a set trait, as Snow pointed at. Thoughts? ------------------- Justin -------------------

	I don't this will be a big problem. Some of us got events on - NaNoWriMo, etc, etc - so I don't think this will be a big problem. I also like the idea of setting up a trait and month together. But just a question. Will it be for all years? So if January was Best Presentation, and Febuary was Friendliest clan, this year, will it be the same next year? Or will it change? -------------------

	Newsletter is up! Only thing that I need to fix is a possible event, and add the official "gang of the month" to the gang of the month thread in the Gang subforum. I'll need to do that tomorrow, as I've run out of time. The answer to the gang of the month is on the Newsletter, though, so go check it out, guys! And I'm in dire need of some season headers/footers. If you guys can help look throughout the forum to see if there were any left behind by Knb or anyone, that'd be great!
