	Without a doubt it being a cool idea, it without a doubt can slow it down, but if we can get all the theme's etc, I don'tt see why not.

	I think adding too many themes would slow the server down, and that's why not too many forums have them. I'd prefer changing the background seasonally, and if people don't like it, they can just go to default. It's just not as exciting if you can have access to all of them at once. There's no fun as it wouldn't change. But whatever the majority prefers. -------------------

	I personnally love the idea of changing the theme seasonally, sounds like the game alot. But I think we would have to agree on the colours in the Town Hall to see what everyone thinks.

I don't think one little custom change in one forum would slow the servers down to much. Some forums do have them, and it doesn't seem to slow it down at all for me, and I run on a bad internet connection on a quite slow computer. 	If this hasn't been already mentioned then this is what I suggest, if it has...I support this. Each season we have a new header/footer contest that involves the seasonal theme. That is the default appearance for the forum; but in the little dropdown menu that can be created there is another option. So it would be like this during Autumn. Default: Autumn Theme (Default) Choice: Original [This is Neoseeker's plain coloring, no background.] If you guys are talking about thread themes, I'm slightly against it. A playful GD coloring is perfectly fine, but it does annoy some people and it's difficult to agree on one set of colors. Also, if you're busy and/or don't want to Knuckles I can set up the thread header contest for whatever threads you want it for. They would all be combined into one contest of course ;D ------------------- Thousands turn out to protest global warming.

	Eh, I'm against individual thread themes and headers. If we have a contest for every thread that we think needs a header, it will get a little overwhelming. I'm also against a seasonal header contest, it just seems like too much, unless the headers will be up in their respective seasons for at least 2 years, I don't see the point. 	He means he wants to run the Forum header/footer contest. We already talked about thread headers and themes and Knukles said that we wouldn't do that. Oh I get it now. I think he means if we are having seasonal header/footer contests, that he'd like to run one. -------------------

	Ugh, no one is getting what I am saying. Alright, I'll put it this way. Fall is coming. We should have a contest for the fall header and footer, and whatever header/footer wins will be up for this fall and next fall. Then when winter comes, we have a winter header and footer contest, and those winners stay up for this coming winter, and the winter of next year. The same thing for Summer and Spring applies. My idea is that we should have the header contests this year, and that they will carry over until next year. 	I was thinking of just having the header and footer contest for autumn soon, and then we can use that for this fall and next fall, if that's what you mean, nnkklo. Too many posts in the same time, yeah, that's exactly what I was thinking. 3 months isn't enough for just one header, but 6 is fine. -------------------
