Talk about the new title, and ect. It's City AND Town, The hair cutter seems to be a starting shop in the city, and the multiple house thing from GC also seems to be back. Some quick notes I took so far.
3rd person- no acres, single houses, Halloween, easter City! Auction Room HRA- see other rooms Harriets Beuty Salon Gracie’s store Write letters and add pictures- cell phones, computers. I could care less about the Wii Speak. The great part is, you get seperate houses, hills are added, more villagers, and the CITY!

Besides, that looked like a finished version the Gameplay was from.
