Animal Crossing Item Codes - Should they Return? |
|
Well you guys might know that in Animal Crossing GCn, if you talked to Nook, and entered a really long code, you could get an item. ------------------- ![]()

It's too easy to cheat and get free items like that, I say you should be able to mail items via wifi but that's it. The concept was good, though. ~Menk ~------------------- ![]() 4468-0636-5192

Yeah, I'd have to say the same thing. Both ways, people got really rare items, and they became not-rare anymore. Aswell, people became filthy rich with the ACWW and ACGCN ways to get bells/items. ------------------- ![]()

I'd hate Action Replay for Animal Crossing. Whats the fun if you have enough money to pay off your house right off the bat, and have all the fish and bugs in the museum. It leaves very little to be accomplished... -------------------

That's what AR does to all the games. Just don't use it imo. ~Menk ~------------------- ![]() 4468-0636-5192

quote MenkoyYeah, thats exactly right. GCN had a *bleep*ed up internet, really really bad. If they had put ACGCN on internet, it would have taken up like half the disk, and not even worked. Item codes were a good idea, but when lists were compiled and put on the net, that killed it. Better wi-fi mail system, or some sort of exchange market, e.g. nookbay but integrated in the game. ------------------- ![]() Dude. No.

Even though many people hated action replay from Animal Crossing WW, since some people's town data could get deleted, that's what lots of people liked too. Having riches and stuff. It defeats the purpose of the game, but it also makes people enjoy the game for a short period of time. ------------------- ![]()

I know. I played through the whoole animal crossing game for the ds, and got a full size house and had all the different fruuit and an almost complete cataloge. And so i used an action replay to get 100,000,000 bells. Cause if I did it without it I would have no life. But if I used it at the biginning, then the game would be o0ver in the first two weeks, instead of in the first two years. I think the same thing happened with the GC version. But I was also able to refrain my self. It ruined the game for people, and I hope nintendo isnt going to put codes in. A nice mailing system wuld be nice. But why Nookbay? Thats a bidding place, not a mailing system. And they need a new guy besides Nook. He's just been around for too long. Keep him in the store and all, just not anywhere else. ------------------- Love, cuddling, and corny stuff is what everyone wants from someone else. -words of wisdom-

They shouldn't, and they won't either, because now there is internet, and items can be traded online instead of with the codes. -------------------

If they took away Nook, even though a lot of people dislike him, he is still a classic. he's been there for the previous 3 Animal Crossing games. ------------------- ![]()
