Hi I'm stuck at one of te first levels in the game! Driving me mad. Its the one where there are weird spots on the inflamed intestines and I have removed the tumours and its telling me to repair the incision but I dont have a clue how!! There doesnt seem to be any item to use and the time just runs out cos I cant get off the screen. Gutted cos I really wanna play it.... does anyone know what Im talking about??! Help...

Select the Forceps again,you will see a membrane.Put the membrane on the wound,use the Antibiotic Gel,then massage it with the hand icon.
