How do you feel about the field you have to plant crops. Like in AWL, there are two fields, one for grass, one for crops. But, with this feature, the crop field has been scaled down a LOT. Do you feel that this field is too small for your crops? Or is it the right size? To you wish it was just one big field like in HM64? Or a make-your-own field like in HM:MM? Discus.

I like the size. But you need like 3 more of them. I liked how in AWL you had multiple fields.

1 for a high quality tree
1 for crop money
1 for crop breeding

Looking at that, for me the field is just the right size. But thinking about it, it would be good if you could have more fields just incase you want to go on a crop planting spree because you need extra money.

That is the problem though, from what I can tell, there is only one field.

Anyways, I personally wished it was a tad bigger. While I don't have many crops, I usually plant MANY trees, and my trees take a lot of room, so I can't fit as many crops. By how it looks, that field won't be able to fit both comfortably, so I won't have crops (if there are trees). Better yet, I would prefer though either the 64 or MM style fields though, where you had a lot more room, and you could pick the size of your grass/crop/tree fields.

Indeed. I plant trees more than I plant crops because in the long run they turn out more profitable. There are trees in this game. So it looks like I'll be plating just trees as well.

I'm wondering, what will the tree distance limit? If you can plant crops directly next to the tree in this game then you can grow both. But if you can't then it's either crops or trees. Trees, like MB said, are more profitable in the long run.

It doesn't say what the distance is but you have to have 3x3 squares to plant it. That's bigger than in HM DS

Well, if it doesn't state the distance then maybe there isn't one.

In your dreams. There will be a distance, most probably because otherwise it wouldn't be very realistic. Trees that grow to close together kill each other over water.

Still the field is a bit small for both thinking about it now.

Then explain forests. I guess we'll just have to wait and see.

Plant two trees right next to each other and I mean right next to each other and see what happens. Trees in forests aren't all that close together.

Just give them a lot of water.

I'd want three on all.

Actually, remember how you got house upgrades? You might be able to get field upgrades so that it enlarges your field.
