Yeah, now that you mention it, I think they might have made those names like that on purpose. You aren't supposed to be playing video games for hours and hours continuously, so after seeing all of the food names you'll be too tempted to get up and go grab a bite to eat.

=O They are trying to tempt us away from the seemingly brilliant game with ..FOOD!

The thing is the names are kind of really rubbish to tempt me away because I only really know what a Bagel is and a waffle is but... I don't eat them.

But if they didn't want us staying inside all day playing, wouldn't they just make a completely suckish game, instead of this super-mega-awesome-ultimate-Harvest-Moon-game? :____:

Anyways, I like the names, I find them funny. They kinda add a certain, how to say, feeling to the game. They only need a guy named Hamey to complete it.
