If i have the cheats on god mode, enemy freeze, and gory mode on how do i kill wulf and beliar they wont die plz anyone help

To kill Wulf, use your vampire ability to slow time, not the cheat. After you kill him, after a while, Beliar's heart becomes visible, so use the eye of Beliar to snipe in on his heart.
