Recruiting KGB/GRU soldiers?

Ok im now nearly at the end of the game i have loved the expierience but i cant seem to get KGB (Ocelot soldiers and GRu soldiers all i get are some guys with an orange suit and a mask on there face. i really want KGB soldiers because i loved how they looked in MGS3 and GRU kick ass

And would anyone tell me please how to get my guys rankings up? because my snake has everything A except throwing weapons and an S in CQC

thats my sneaking team but i want some KGB soldiers so i can lvl them up

oh and how do u get more areas like deliveryman gambler rescuer stuff like that because right now im trying Cyber survival to get some new ppl save before doing it though

i might sound like a noob but whats RC mode?

So if i beat a guy with a good stat KGB guy i can have him but if i lose my guy is his now or gone forever? so in VR i dont lose anything right?

I just finally after fighting jack danielson i got my first GRU and ocelot unit soldier to bad they are tech unit and med unit because i love the way they look so im gonna go around the neighborhood and ap scan and try win another ocelot soldier


Yeah thats what i did i just use Snake Null Python and Ocelot so i lose nothing
