Definitely Rosalina. At least she does things other than invite Mario to what turns out to be another one of Bowser's attempts to get even.

...Why the hell did Mario insist on rescuing Peach instead of staying with Rosalina? She doesn't have a record of being abducted by dragon-turtle things only to be abducted AGAIN 5 minutes after being rescued. If you ask me, Mario just needs to let that bitch toughen up and save herself for once.
And while he's at it, he needs to find some way to turn Luigi back into the cool guy he used to be, rather than keeping him as the helpless, panophobic pussy he's been since Luigi's Mansion.

Ok, so the first damsel was actually "Pauline", and our future Mario was called "Jumpman" (which comeon...).

So if we do include Donkey Kong in the line of Mario games, Peach wasn't there to begin with.

It's a close one between Peach and Rosalina for me. I think I choose Rosalina though.
