I know I'm supposed to be quick about it, but I just cant manage to kill them.

Ok, the only thing you can do is lure them all towards you while having the vortex thing up, then get them all. That's all I can say, there isn't really a method to it.

Thank you both. How do I do the spin attack? I just started this game again after a break of atleast half a year, and I have forgotten the tricks

No no no, that's the spin attak with the sword. We're talking about midna's attack which circles the twilight beasts and attacks them all at once.
Edit: the attack is Midna's "energy field"

i never got stuck on twilight creature EVER

Midna's energy field is summoned by holding down the B button. Lure all the Twili into the red circle on the ground, then unleash the attack by releasing the B button. If it's too hard to get all three of them into it, kill one first by locking on and jump attacking. As long as at least two are still alive, they won't revive any others that are dead.
