New Resident Evil Wii Game is... A Code Veronica remake?

Thought this was pretty interesting ...

Sounds great. I wish the Wii would be able to handle a Resident Evil 5 port, but as long as the game they are speculating about has similar aspects to RE5 and RE4, I am sold.

I hope its similar to the older RE games. Maybe to fill in some cracks in the story like UC did.

Added some more info to the first post. Rumor has it, the Wii RE game will be a Code: Veronica remake. (or port).

^Well, they did that with the REmake, so I expect they'll do that for this, too.

Anyway, meh. I don't have a Wii, and don't plan on getting one just for one game.

Looks like the new game has been revealed, Resident Evil: Darkside Chronicles and here's a picture. I'm pretty excited for it, because Umbrella Chronicles was a really good game and it'd be sweet to continue within the universe of Resident Evil 2.

Don't. While I do find RE:UC AMAZING fun, it can easily gobble up days of your life in just seconds.

The game is fun.....more than fun its super fun.
The only downside is.....well the fun lasts shorter then that encounter you had with the 12,000 calorie chocolate cake yesterday afternoon.

I rented the last game twice, so theres no doubt in my mind that I'll do the exact same this time around, a rent, not a buy for me. There better be some Degeneration going on in there however.

Great news this! UC is amazing and this next one probably will be too, but TBH I'd rather have RE2 REmake...
