M1 Garand rifle, how come we love it so much? |
|
I have to admit I love it to, it beats all the others like the Gewher 43 and the Moissant Relant or whatever they were called. That first moment I played a Medal of Honour game (Frontline) the first weapon I used was a M1 Garand it was simple and did the job. So tell us why YOU like it?

Thats why I like it. Its a good alround weapon not too fancy and reliable. If I had to have one weapon in all of the games it would be the M1 Garand. ------------------- Coronation Street, celebrating 954 years of Sadness.

Yeah, mate. I know that a gun can become your best mate, but don't try to impersonate some guy in the frontlines. Those lads, their only companions were their comrades and their guns, so it makes sense that a few became attached. But not you... ------------------- ![]()

Hes forgetting to log on again anyway. It is wong for people in our generation to gladly wish they could be back in that time. Our grandfathers fought in that war to stop that ever happening again.

Yes, so right, mate. I see these kids in school mimicking some G.I. mowing down some Nazis, and I think to myself, "Foolish, rash children. They have no idea what they're doing. I hope they see the light soon, before they get themselves into something they never dreamed of." ------------------- ![]()

Alright Oppolpop and Frontline lets veer away from talking about an individual. We just have to except peoples feelings if they view them to people.

I quite liked that Gwher 43 german sniper rifle to be honest. It came in handy in call of duty when the other weapons ran out.

I believe it is called a Gewher 43 my dear fellow. Prenounced Gu-her I too think its one of my favourite weapons in Medal of Honour albeit all the war games.
