	you have to press and hold L1 and R1 then turn the valve (motion controls), let go of L1 and R1 and repeat until the flood gates open.

	To be fair, the description of what to do at this point was fairly confusing. It took me a few goes to understand what it meant.

	You need to let go of the shoulder buttons then repeat. I was there for 2 minutes before I figured it out.
