I vote for the second of SXH's banners. I think it's an improvement over the current one, for sure.

But yeah, maybe get rid of that flare in the middle, though.

Neither of them are useable it turns out, we've got to allow for resizing when people restore their windows to different sizes apparently. So the DW3 cast in the middle will likely need cut out or something. I'll PM SXH with more details when I know them myself.

I like it SXH, but at the same time I'd like to see NObunaga and Yukimura on there somewhere. I think you can sacrifice the number of warriors for the size too. I think it would be better to see fewer but bigger ones.

I see what you mean. Fewer and "closer" warriors would be better.

The DW3 in the middle is from a commerative poster celebrating so many million copies sold. The entire cast was posed in a campsite hanging out like good friends looking up at fireworks.

Cao Cao, Sun Jian, Lu Bu, Nobunaga Oda, Mitsuhide Akechi, Keiji Maeda, and Zhao Yun are the figureheads of their respective series.

To mix it up perhaps exchanging in Nagamasa Azai, Zhang Fei, Yuan Shao, Tadakatsu Honda, Date Masamune, Ma Chao or Xu Huang.

Definitely. But if you want a feminine flare to go with it, I'd recommend Diao Chan and Sun Shang Xiang along with Cao Cao, Sun Jian/Sun Quan, Liu Bei, and maybe Dong Zhuo, Zhang Jiao, and Yuan Shao to go with it. I'd do one myself, but I'll have to get to cutting more of them before I can.

Lu Xuns quite feminine though, lol. The banner should be Lu Xun and Xiao Qiao, good combination.

In order of importance I'd say

1. Lu Bu
2. Nobunaga
3. Cao Cao
4. Zhao Yun
5. Sun Jian
6. Yukimura
7. Liu Bei
8. Mitsuhide
9. Diao Chan
10. Keiji
11. Tadakatsu


and then of course the next ones would be fan favorites: Ma Chao, Lu Xun, and Nagamasa

I would like to see a whole new Skin/Template, whatever you like to call it. Though, a new header is needed.

I really like SXH's 2nd banner but change Lu bu and Diao Chan with Lu Xun and Sima Yi.

I'd put the list of importance like this,

The current working development header, any major opinions on it?

I know the spear goes through Zhao Yun's leg, that would obviously be fixed. This is just to give everyone an idea on what's going on.

The Spear goes over Zhao Yun's leg and threw Lu Bu. A Wound you say? Thats a pretty nice layout. Though, I wish it wasn't Characters I do not even like, but overall members might.

Since Zhao Yun is Koei's Fan-Bio*ch and Lu Bu is just not very important, but a lot of people seem to like him.

I also see no Musou Orochi(Warriors Orochi) Information. At All!

1. Good job on the hand change for the spear repositioning. HOWEVER, we all know Zhao Yun does not wear gray gloves. So unless this little bit too tiny new hand is painted to look like his right hand (black mesh glove with silver segments on dorsal side of hand) I give it a thumbs down. The way it melts out of his forearm armor will disturb me everytime I look at it.

2. It is great how you have characters standing outside of frame like that. It is literally outstanding (ha. a pun!). Although Lu Bu and Zhao Yun wouldn't be my first pick, they are sort of the "cover boys" of DW6 and DW of old. I'll concede they are the "face" of DW franchise so it would be logical for them to be so prominent. Thumbs up.

3. I rrrRRREEALLY dislike the glowy scribbles, wavy grid and parallel neon orange lines. Perfect for the Tron neoportal, but not DW neoportal. These futuristic streamers BREAK the theme of the overall page. They are so out of place. Please, please, please, get rid of them. Perhaps have more characters behind them, scaled in descending order to convey depth, like an army of warriors are behind them?

4. The wall of characters is a good idea, but exectuted poorly here. I'm aware it is supposed to be subtle and subordinated to the rest of the design, but I think it is downplayed too much. Reduced to a high-contrast reddish spectre, only Xu Zhu, Xu Huang, Huang Gai and Dong Zhuo are readily noticeable, which is not good. I would much prefer to see them better because the cast of 80+ characters is the heart of the DW/SW fanbase. This isn't like the other portals where most of the time there is only a handful of protagonists. We got almost a hundred. And everyone likely has their own favorites they'd want to see. If possible, I can prepare a wall of all characters (my ideal wall is made up of all DW6 and SW2 and SW2:XL characters), or you can even use collections from the past such as
