Lol, no one is doubting that it could work though. Final Fantasy games usually always have new state of the art RPG battle systems. Now I know this is ACTION RPG, but we still cannot forget the RPG at the end of ACTION. A button smasher works well for Dynasty Warriors, and it did alright with KH2, but many would disapprove of it being on a Final Fantasy game, which is THE top RPG SERIES of all time, no question...

Dude, have you even played God of War? KH is much more button smashing then GOW.

I don't really see why it bothers people that mutch. Button smashing is fun and it looks good in the game.

_{Um, yes of course I've played the god of war series. All current 3 of them, and pretty much is a button smasher. Sure they're different/more commands for buttons but I can still use the same move over and over to beat majority of the enemies, thus part of why its called button smasher.}

_{Everytime I hear this from KH2 haters it pisses me off. Its not a damn button smasher for christ sake, God of War and Devil May Cry are seriously more button smashers. Also there's certain bosses within KH2 that if you do decide to smash buttons you'd end up losing.

whoa whoa, KH2 is one of my favorite games, read more carefully bro i said "many felt." However I agree that I think it was button smasher and that is pretty much fact unless you purposely went out of your way to use different magic ALL the time, which would be pointless. I am not saying I dislike KH2, but the battle system is not fit for FFvXIII because I expect FF games to be more complex in some way.

Also, I didn't say there was anything particularly wrong with it being a button smasher, its just I've had debates with people hating on button smashers and me liking KH2 pisses me off when they label it that.

I wouldn't mind this style for FF13v as long as its done right.</sub>
