	Log in to remove this sponsored message Of all the characters in this game, I think I hate the boy, Hope the most. Annoying brat ... someone should shoot him already. The two gals (Lightning and Vennila) are gutsy to say the least. The chocobo guy and Snow seems to be well balance and doesn't get carried away. But this kid seems to be worst than a gal. Half the time, he is whining like some spoiled brat on the floor, and expecting Vennila to lift him up. Someone PLEASE tell me he gonna die in the middle of the game.

	Hate is a strong word. Wouldn't really say I hate any character in FF13. I'd say I dislike Jihl and Barthandelus. Everyone else are likeable or understandable imo.

	I'm still in Chapter 3 (the frozen lake) so I don't know who Jihl or Barthandelus is. So far, I really dislike that kid (Hope). They should have named him HopeLESS. <.< What kind of guy could be spending most of his time whinning on the floor, holding hands with gals and expecting others to get him off the damn floor? And he RAN when they about to fight that Anima thing at end of Chapter 2 when Vannile stood by her members. Get a spine already. IF I was Lightning (or Snow), I could have shot him for whining so much.

	You're still early in then. There's alot more later on about Hope and all the main characters really. Keep an open mind and enjoy the story.

	I also don't think I hate any of them. The characters are all developed so well once you get into the story. Come back after you get further and we'll see if you still hate Hope. -------------------

Yup, he is a wimp. Annoyingly, it is the wimp who managed to survive while those who fought got killed. What exactly does SQUARE trying to teach youngsters, bend down and allow yerself to be screwed and ya will survive? The different between a guy and a gal is, a guy finds courage and face up to challenges. I have been waiting three chapters for this kid to grow some spines, and he seems to be growing more and more like a tape worm than a guy. Hell, he end up holding Vannile's legs by Chapter 3. Someone ... please tell me how to kill this kid.

The monster which took by surprise in FF games was Tonberry in FF8. First time I encounter one was in Odin's Tower. Small green fellow who kept falling on its face every so often. I laughed, thinking my party gonna cream it. Then it walked slowly toward my level 70 Squall, and I kept thinking - "What could a short fellow like this possibly do to my super-charged Squall?". It stick it's knife in and Squall died. I went like WHAT THE HELL ...!!!

How the heck ya gonna fight it if ya cannot do physical or magical damage? Reminds me of the Hunt (called White Moss, if not mistaken) in FF12. It's in the sewers and it cannot be killed with physical attack.
